This is a very bad thing. However, it is clean, quick, convenient and the staff are great. The extra spicy siracha is fuel

Called in on our home because grandchildren wanted to eat there, tbh we actually thought it was closed, the staff where so rude and not at all pleasant with our very well behaved and polite grandchildren. They weren't closing because while we were eating they were getting deliveries ready to be collected! The food was as it is, but the place was dirty, and the toilets were awful, wouldn't bother stopping here and try one of the other branches in the area.

Had a lovely chat with the girls that work there,while making my food and the tuna footlong I bought was absolutely delicious, lovely bread and the salad was so tasty and fresh, I ordered ahead and went to collect, they didnt have the bread I'd ordered so she kindly waited for me to get there and had saved the only 6 inch bread they had left and made up 2 halves,got to say this subway is the best by far with the cleanliness and customer service as not forgetting the nicest tuna sub

I have allergies and the team here did an amazing job without prompt cleaned down before starting my order to prevent cross contamination. I have a food safety diploma and have carried out inspections these guys are on their top game in this regard. Subway should send new recruits to this store for orientation,training, a truly excellent experience and fantastic gluten free sub.

Very disappointed to see veggie patty finished at lunchtime. Woman serving did not even say if the more are coming soon or not and simply apologised that it's not available which is easy thing to do.

As pointed out before, there is always a shortage of patties as Subway mainly caters to meat eaters.

I recomand only if you are starving and you dont have other choice. The food is good though I asked for a meal and she charged me for a single. She didnt even pay attention when I mentioned I want a wrap. No other customers to say cannt focus.

Ordered a breakfast mega melt to be delivered, and received meatball and salami. Edit: I thought I'd try ordering from here again and ordered a footlong mega melt without cheese. Why when I order this, EVERY TIME I receive an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ORDER How is this even happening? If I'm paying over £10 for a bloody sandwich I expect it to be right. This is unacceptable.

Foreign staff member (woman) is very rude and unprofesional, she started shouting at my friend after he had paid for his food saying she way calling the police over my friend not wanting hashbrowns as they were soggy and unappetizing! That staff member made the experience of subway horrible, if all staff are like that i wont be returning to any of the stores!

This is a typical Subway. With the normal selection of sandwiches you get in all their shops. What can make the visit a pleasant one is the way you are treated. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help. The subway is part of a petrol station and Greg’s pastries. Plenty of seating area. Also there is a toilet available on site. Wheelchair friendly

just been and found the staff very arrogant and rude i asked for sausage bacon and egg witch was on display .. to be told its not for sale as it stops at 12 then why is it still on display 4 hours later/ should have been removed from display 4 hours earlier should be reported to the health authorities

Awful. Paid for a toasted meatless meatball meal deal. I took a bite when I realised it was NOT a meatless meatball and was NOT toasted. My crisp had a hole in and was stale. I could only eat the cookie. I pay £10 for a sandwich I expect it to be right. Needs reporting to health and safety this place.

Normally great service. Been tonight and the lad making the sub was seen by me and several others touching his face, handling money whilst making the sub and using the same knife to cut at least 6 very different subs ans when questioned replied with not my problem

The saying goes” once bitten twice shy” Had problems few weeks ago with staff member being so aggressive. Well today wife said feel like subway. She ordered on my Uber eats account and the food came cold and no cheese. Never again this place is the worst.

Slow miserable staff got to the till with the team member huffing and puffing paied to then have them look at me and say what to which i replied can i have a bag please to which she threw at me woth my subs will not be using this subway again! …

The employee's were nice & the steak & cheese was very yummy! Obviously owing to social distancing you had to wait a little longer than normal but not much longer & so an enjoyable experience with yummy ending!

Dirty place wouldn’t recommend it to anyone just stay away. About 5 minutes away in Morrison is 2nd subway better looked after

Decided not to bother when the lad passed the tiniest bit of tuna on my tuna melt and told me I'm only allowed two salad items on it. Can only presume he was taking the rest home for the kids tea.

Currently closed for what looks like a refurb but when it's open, it's a handy sandwich shop with plenty of choice!

they dont use the correct amount of food on the subs. Better going to the one by Morrisons or in Hunts cross. Least you get the correct portions
