Went in ordered my sandwich as usual, actually had two 6 inch subs. Who ever the guy was with a bunch of stars on his hat was just rude to me .not so much rude I guess just didn't have great people skills. usually I have a coupon on the phone and they scan it. Not with him o had to go all the way back to the house and get a coupon to show. When any other subway I go int they just scan the code.he said oh you will just use the code over and over assuming maybe because of how I look I would do that but ok. I'm usually the one who tips max but I just can't, and I can't stand bad customer service at all.from now on I will just drive. A little farther to another subway. They probably don't really care because another customer will replace me. I usually don't even leave reviews but this really got to me today.

Hidden gem! I stopped in kind of late to grab a quick sandwich to go, and was surprised at the professional service. The sandwich artist that helped me was cordial, attentive, and efficient. He made sure my order was absolutely perfect before ringing me up. The managers here have clearly developed a work culture that puts the customer first. I could tell that the staff was just starting their end of night close out routine. Nonetheless, they applied the care and attention to make sure I could get in and out quickly. Keep up the great work!

There's not much to say about the food and atmosphere. It's a Subway. Though I will say that this Subway is one of the good Subways. The place is clean, the sandwich artists are attentive, fast and helpful and they can really move and work as a team for a lunch rush. I've seen it many times. These guys handle the pressure like pros for large amounts of customers coming at the same time, so props to these guys at this Subway. It's right next to where I work and I come here at least once every two weeks.

Well, I never get excited to eat at Subway but it's my kid's favorite restaurant right now so I am there with some frequency. This subway is hands down the best subway I've ever been to. They are so polite, efficient, and the store is very clean and well tended. It is one of the few places where you sense there is good employee morale and that's just nice to see and translates to good service.

We love Subway & it's only a few miles from our house! When I received the special offer via text, we were 5 miles away, but it was an offer we couldn't refuse! The only thing that would improve it, is to switch to the SMS marketing I provide at a lower cost, with better customer service, because we offer local & national support. We also already represent Subway in other states with great success! We'd love to be able to help Subway grow exponentially! ;)

Best service I've ever had at Subway! There was a bit of a backup due to the lunch rush, however Jay and his team were impressively speedy & every sandwich they pushed through was perfect! Thanks to the quickness of the team, I made it back to work on time and savored every 12 inches of my sandwich! Keep it up team!!

We placed an order via grub hub tonight that was delayed over an hour and a half because of driver issues on grub hubs end. The store was super helpful and accommodating throughout the whole ordeal. When my husband finally arrived to pick up the order they remade our whole order so the food was fresh! Great customer service, thanks!!

I had a very unpleasant experience the only reason why I rate 3 stars was because of an associate names Maria she had great customer service, and accommodating. The other associate on the other hand way very unpleasant, rude and did not know how to make a sandwich. His name was Ben. I probably won't ne returning to this subway .

If I could give O stars I would. The short girl with black hair was helping me but she made me feel uncomfortable. She was rude and had a snarky attitude. I felt like I was being racially profiled. She made my sandwich awful, she didn't seem to care. Wont be coming back to this location.

The manager is nice and employees are too. My first time eating at Subways. They have gluten free rolls now. The rolls are a bit dry and a bit crumbly but have a good flavor. Good as far as gluten free goes. Cross contamination for gluten may still be a problem. I did fine no problem for me.

Great service from the experienced employees, newbies are still learning and adjusting to customer demands. Gluten free bread available. Sandwiches are filled nicely and toppings are crisp and fresh.

We pick up at this Subway every Sunday. We used to go to the restaurant and eat on Sunday, until our autistic son decided he wanted to stay home, but still wants his sandwich fixed the same way. The GREAT staff at this Subway prepare it I pick it up. THANKS GREAT STAFF.

I could not believe it. $32 for two sandwiches two chips and one soda. A drastic price increase since we were last there a few months ago. Sandwich was not that good and the chicken used in the chicken bacon ranch

This Subway is leaps and bounds above the rest in town. The food is always fresh, and the staff rarely if ever leave anything off your order. This store should set the bar for how Subway operates in Albuquerque!

I love subway, and the staff on Wyoming and Harper. They have great employees. They always are quick making the sub sandwiches. The employees are very friendly and I recommend subway so delicious. Yummy

I paid for double chicken and I caught her intentionally filling the scoop less than half way. I hate business that try and nickel and dime for something I paid for. I won't come back to this location.

This subway is really cheap with their meat compare to other subways. I always have to get a deluxe sandwich (one extra scoop) to get enough scoop of meat. I recommend going to other subway location.
