Giving this place 1 star when it clearly deserves zero! I was standing in line waiting while the manager was taking his sweet time talking with his coworker and made eye contact with me SEVERAL times and still didn’t help!!! Not really wanting to take my order. Instead of helping me they made the new employee help me while still helping someone else! I know he’s new because his name tag said trainee. The manager told the trainee that him and the other worker are going outside to smoke but BEFORE they even left the building SHAY the employee ALREADY HAD THE CIGARETTE IN HER MOUTH!!!!!!!!! What a disgusting thing to do with food around!!!! Shay is ALWAYS RUDE and never has a pleasant smile when greeting people it’s like she gets irritated as soon as you walk in!!!! It blows my mind that EVER THE MANAGER followed in her footsteps!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with this girl!! A few months back she did the same thing and I spoke to the manager about how I felt so unwelcome because of her! But now I see he doesn’t even care! Stay away from this location!!! They are the reason I stopped going for a few months hoping she wasn’t working there!!!!

Tried ordering through their website and that will never happen again. Both the restaurant and door dash driver messed up so horribly we are still angry about this. We order and the driver took a picture of the side of the building, ignored my friend when trying to flag them down for the order, then stated they couldn't get in touch with us, tried calling over 12 times and finally had to call door dash to hopefully get refunded in 2 days because even they couldn't reach the store. This store is a joke and I hope it shuts down.

If you expect speedy service, don't go here. They do not recognize online orders, even if it is placed through a delivery app. There was a line going through the door because an employee was ordering a sandwich, and only one other person working. Online orders are supposed to help prevent this back up so customers can get moving through quickly. When the employee finally faced the line behind him, he said they do not make online orders because people "abandon" them. I find this highly unlikely considering when you order online you have to pay before it is placed. This isn't my first bad experience at this location either.

Ordered online and got delivery. I ordered directly from their website. The driver never contacted me, stood outside the building and waited for him. He drove up, ignored me, never called, took a picture of our building and drove off. The app said our food was being returned to the store and to call for redelivery. Called over 15 times to try to get ahold of someone and this store does not answer their darn phone! They stole my money and my food and I am so angry.

Horrible experience as a past employee! The employees are treated awfully. The assistant manager steals money, and the manager just lets it happen. There has also been an incidence where an employee will steal all the money from the tip jar right in front of the managers face and he does not fire them. He is heavily biased towards certain employees. Don’t waste your time coming here. There is a reason why many employees quit after just a short amount of time being there.

Sick husband, and only wants sandwiches to eat. I dial up my Subway app and order him two specials, one steak and one tuna, including instructions for no extra sauce since he'll be eating laying down. Subway on Eubank and Juan Tabo filled the bill in minutes for my pickup on a very tired Sunday night. When I arrived everything was packed to go, including the straw and napkins. Thanks Subway, saved me again with the big guy, and I don't mean Santa! Merry Christmas!

This Subway is always the Best, Thank You! It's clean, their employees are always happy and helpful. I order from them for delivery via DoorDash, order online for pick up and I go in to order for take out.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Employees change gloves out for each order and are always very clean when making sandwiches. The condiments are fresh and the store is always super clean, from the front door glass to the floors and food bar. Thanks for a fresh experience !! More

It is an okay subway. I did an online order for some sandwiches and salad a few times. One time they forgot my guacamole, I had to go back in and get it added. Maybe it was for the better, I do not like their guacamole after all. It is too sweet. Guacamole is not suppose to be sweet.

This location, though small serves a lot of customers.

They're always out of sandwiches, not that they sell them like crazy, but for some reason they don't have nothing in stock, I worked in a subway and know how does it work. The subway system is great but the .management suck in managing it.

Subway could always be counted on to consistently provide you with the same quality sandwich.. our choice was always the Tuna Footlong. The 5 "micro-scoops" they used for the Tuna when spread out on the bread became a thin Tuna-Spread!

Great staff and good food just no Swiss cheese!

Ordered many times online. I've added comments to toast them hot and crispy. But every single time, they give me cold sandwich. I've tipped them every time but don't see a point. Online ordering here is a waste of time and money.

Took a couple of minutes to get greeted but thats ok. Sandwich was good and employee was friendly. Prices have gone up with this refresh.

Super fast friendly service. Made my sandwich to perfect! Didn't over or underload ingredients. Fresh as always. Even tho there were 2 tables to sit at. Still nice to be able to go in and sit in the lovely AC!

It was extremely busy tonight and the man helping me stayed very friendly and positive even throughout the overwhelming line of people. And apologized to everyone for the wait even though it wasn’t his fault.

Went to pick up some sandwiches last night there was only one young man working or that’s all I saw but he was kind and made some good sandwiches so thank you to him and working hard. Will be back!

Got my order wrong and instead of fixing it, the manager ranted about ordering online. Will never come here again, and would never recommend this restaurant to another person. Extremely rude!

Blah. Boring breakfast sandwich. No flavor. Was asked yellow or white eggs? I think they were powdered. No flavorless and cold. Stick to lunch.

This subway is worth checking out if you are in a hurry. The people are nice and will treat you well there. Good experience overall.
