BEWARE of this place!! They will try and RIP you off if they catch you off guard. I went and bought a breakfast croissant sandwich and paid with a $20 bill and a couple seconds after I handed it to the guy he asked me "you gave me a $5 right?" Dont know why in that moment I said yes(I was confused), then as I walked to my car I realized hey he was supposed to give me $15 change, so I went back in and the guy just said "oh sorry about that, that's why I asked you if it was a $5" REALLY? What cashier doesn't look at the bill as soon as they get it handed to them? He did that on purpose! He has probably gotten away with it before and I'm sure has done it to others. Avoid this place, go to another Subway!

It's really hard to write anything besides place because they're all pretty much the same but this is my local wine and I've been eating there for three years and I've never had a bad experience there. One lady in particular has gotten to know me pretty well always does everything just the way I like it without fail. Everybody there is pretty cool I haven't had anybody fail me there. I mean you know what you're getting when you go into the subway and you just want to get what you ordered properly and happily. They succeed.

its the local Subway, near my house, so its a block away. I dont expect much going in here, but i was helped by Nicholas, and he was super nice. He didn't just throw my sandwich together carelessly, You can tell he really cares about his job and making sure all the ingredients are placed and prepared correctly. I did appreciate the great TLC. My sandwich tasted GREAT! I do recommend this Subway - i dont go in often but when i do, its always a positive experience. Thank you subway staff for being Awsome!!

I go here all the time for breakfast I really enjoy the fresh food healthy breakfast options, however their cookies are going to be the death of me and now they have this new s'mores cookie oh my God it's to die for!!! I have to just take a bite and give the rest of my son LOL it's all good best cookies ever real homemade taste!!!

good service, just that they have no hand sanitizer for clients. happy staff. only bad i see is that ALL the local homless come here to get all the soda they want after picking up a dirty cups from tash. NEVER drink from there. and just keep an eye on the guys when they prepare your sandwich. they play arround too much.

I was just there and my daughter ordered a ham sandwich, when we got home and she took the first bite she spit it right out, the ham was spoiled. I’ve been trying to call for about 30 minutes now and their phone just rings and rings. I thought their slogan was “ subway eat fresh” NOT. Warning: subway is not fresh

Jesus served so bad when me and friend ordered two footlong tuna. He put two half breads from old orders instead of one fresh bread. I watched how he served spitefully well to my friend but not me. I like this place but It's the first time I see this kind of bad customer service at this location.

Parking is free, but can be a challenge. My Sub was fresh and tasty. Good service, clean restaurant.

LaCienega and Venice ave. We've been to lots of locations, most all alike. Not impressed with our lunches. Saturday crowd, minimal that day. Sandwiches lacked enough meat. Pretty weak. Nice try there. Missed the mark. Clean place. Friendly faces. Better sandwiches down the road.

We always order from this Subway. Very friendly staff! The greet EVERYONE who walks into the door, they know the regulars and take care of them, and the one time they made a mistake they were VERY fast to fix it and make it right. I love this crew!!!

This facility does not have a restroom and it's serving food. It is illegal in the state of California and against ADA laws for a business serving food not to have a restroom for its customers. I spoke with the manager called "Juan Amaya"

Horrible place. Super rude . The Spanish lady on shift was very rude to my wife . Unbelievable how bad of a service. Avoid this place at all cost. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office.

They have there friends hanging out here and as I’m sitting and eating one of the employees began to sweep around me and kept hitting my chair I will NEVER come back !!!!!!!!

The Good: Customer service is ok, it depends on what time you come The Bad: 1. It’s not open 24 hrs anymore 2. They might as change their closing time to 11:45pm, not 12am.

Never have i experienced a subway worker so rude. They make a mistake and get mad at me. Very nice, never going back.

Just like every other Subway restaurant although this one seems to be quite busy but the staff was working really hard to get orders done quickly

I loved this place because it was 24 hours. After leaving a art opening Subway hit the spot just before I took the bus back to Orange County.

Very frustrating that they close at 9pm on Sunday when the sign on the door says 10pm and google has it as 10pm.

3rd time I came here and it was closed , they never open on time . I had to wait 15 minutes past the opening time .

The person who made my sandwich gave way more pepperoni than most other places. Kinda small but still amazing.
