Not my favourite Subway location by a long shot. Pretty standard restaraunt, but a very small location, so I wouldn't recommend if you plan to eat-in. Staff here are very hit-or-miss, too. There's one woman who consistently gets my order right, and one guy who always gets it wrong. He's also pretty lax on cleanliness standards, going away from the assembly line with gloves on to search for a utensil in the back without removing or changing his gloves after. Kind of makes me uneasy and I'll sometimes just pass on Subway if he's working. Also, the veggies here often don't look as fresh as they should. The spinach is wilted and soggy if they have it available at all, and the tomatoes are mostly the mushy, old kind or the ends with the stem in them so they're unappetizing. I definitely wouldn't recommend the avocado/guac from here--it's not stored well and gets pretty brown and icky.

They're all smiles when you walk into the door.... But once you show them a coupon their attitude starts to change. The one lady who was ringing up my order slammed the sharpie down on the counter because I showed her the coupon after she was done ringing my order up. I told the other "sandwich artist" that I had the coupon from the start and she brushed it off. If you don't want people using coupons don't make them specially at these hard times.. I've read other reviews & this is not the first time they showed attitude.. because of a coupon. Never bringing my business here ever again will be telling others. "Awesome" customer service.

Worst subway ever!!! The people at the counter were super rude(one male and one female, Asian origin?) There was a confusion with the billing which I was trying to correct with the male, when the woman started yelling something in some language which I didn't understand. Management surely has to intervene. Inappropriate behaviour by this lady is happening to me for the third time, this time I chose not to ignore. I love Subway so choosing another location, and I'm never coming here again!! Beware, people. Don't let such people get to your heads!

I think old lady working there dont like if we use subway coupon . ordered vegetable sandwich and the way she making looks like she forcefully making it. randomly put Lettuce (doesn't look fresh .!), put small 4 piece of tomato (as a subway standard if tomato big 5 piece and small 6 piece) . doesn't arrange vegetable nor push properly so that go inside . while cutting half sauce and veggie coming outside . visited on Saturday in around 6pm . Long time ago i visited this place and like it , so thought to revisited and got this experience .

6/5 stars for customer service that goes above and beyond normal standards, every time I come here I'm impressed and I leave smiling. Super fast staff who are also very attentive to detail, they are listening and they will make it just the way you say... And FAST too. 6/5 stars for awesome staff and customer service. -1 star for no washroom. -1 star for nowhere to sit and eat. Still the best subway I've ever been to

I got a great Canadian club and a medium drink and it was $18 that is insane. Could go to Safeway across the street and get a huge sub for $8 and a can of pop for 90 cents.

there's an east Indian follow there that needs an attitude adjust men he was extremely rude to me and if i was a mystery shopper he would be getting fired i will probably never deal with subway again because of him good job buddy good job might want to work on customer service there guys

You would think if they are charging $13 for a footlong sandwich, they could afford to get the meat across more than 8" of it. There wasn't even much meat on the bits were there was meat. Don't order online at this location. Shameless rip off.

This subway location is the best in the city. I always place pick up orders from the app here and their hours are so much longer than any other. My order is always made accurately and the staff are very friendly. Late at night the door is locked and you have to ring the doorbell, but you don’t have to wait long at all. I like that security feature!

I always get a spinach salad at Subway and I’ve had it twice at this location and both times it was nearly a two-bite salad. A few leafs of spinach in the bowl and when I asked for extra spinach she tossed in another 4 leaves. Total rip off for $10. Don’t get the salad.

Woman who works mis-gendered me at this location calling me sir when I am female. I was wearing a pink shirt and a pink mask and carrying my purse. Staff was just rude and the location is in no way LGBTQ2S+ friendly if I could give them less than 1 star I would. Staff is rude at this location. Avoid this location!!! Just horrible service here!

So I locked my keys in my car while stepping out to go into subway. It was almost 1AM on a Saturday morning...the lady that was working was such a doll. My phone was dead, she let me use hers and call for locksmiths or tow trucks. She stood with me for like 20 minutes trying to help me. I really appreciated her time and kindness!

This subway really needs to lock thier trash beens ! They have garage every week scattered all over there parking lot and behind the building scartting everywhere! I tell this this every week and the say it's not there job to maintain there outside are! I will post pictures in the photos . This is an one going issue .

This particular Subway was extremely clean with very friendly staff. Those weren't the best parts, however. THIS Subway is NOT selfish with their helpings, so when you ask for extra, they give you extra! Get your booties to this subway. :) They also deliver which is cool but you'll probabaly want to go in anyway.

Won't be coming back for a long time after they charged me two 6-inch subs for a modified pizza sub (1 layer salami 1 layer pepperoni). Tried to fight the charge but they wouldn't listen. I've gotten the same modification countless times in the past without trouble. I have a toaster oven. I'll make my own.

Been going here for years and the sandwiches are always consistent. I find some locations it depends on who's making it but everyone here makes things exactly the same which is exactly how I like it so it's nice having the consistency where there's not too much or too little of anything on random flukes.

This Subway is always friendly and appositive experience for me and many others that I know who go there and though I don't have much spare cash to spend I try and spend it at places that are like this,non-judgemental and willing to allows person the use of their washroom even non-paying patrons!

I left my purse behind and drove off. I realized about 10 min later. I rushed back as quickly as I could hoping it was still there. The staff at the store had grabed it and put it behind the counter for me. So so grateful. Thank you so much. The 4 dollar chicken melt panini was also very good.

I didn't like so much the service, the boy there was rude not answering when my partner say hello and he not even put up his head to see us and he didn't put attention what I asked, then I just realized that he wasn't making the right subway I wanted, so I have to let him know.

This is by far my worst experience at Subway!!! Very rude reception by the lady and guy at the counter today. The lady was curt and demeaning. The guy was totally clueless about the way Subway works!!!! Looks like they are both due for a customer service refresher course!!!

There was an Asian lady with no hairnet or hat making my sub.Her hair was down and is chin length.That is so unsanitary I won’t be letting her make my sub anymore.Most of the time the customer service and food is great.

i ordered 4 sandwitches online. i got email oreder pickup time. then i went there pickup order after that they told me they dont have our choice buns but they not inform us. i am so mad becuse that time other restaurent also closed. they dont have any responssibilty

This location really heard me and did what I asked! I did not even feel guilty asking for my fav sandwhich/wrap. I got hot sauce on the side as requested and I got more salt then pepper on thr side! Very kind staff and easy to feel relaxed in such a busy area!

Probably the worst subway in the city most things that they have out look old they didn't have coffee made up the pop taste extremely syrupy and Sandwich Artist seemed angry that they had to serve me... I will never go back to that Subway

Pulled a massive piece of plastic packaging out of my sub. I had bitten into it and thankfully didn't choke or cut my mouth on the sharp edges, but was thoroughly disgusted. This was on top of the entire order being wrong.

This location always has good service, they always change there gloves, it always has fresh ingredients, it is always clean great management and there was a really amazing g worker here before she was the best thanks yuki.

Worst subway ever! The always try to short change u. If u order guacamole they charge for it n act like they "forgot" to put it on. If u order a meatball sub they give u 2 less than they r supposed to. Absolutely horrible

I ordered a meatball sub and it was terrible. The meatballs were very dry and tasteless. They were giving me there old dried out meatballs. The quality control needs to be addressed immediately. I won't be back.

Been going there a few times a week for almost two years and yet to have a bad experience. Narcisso, Marfina and the rest of the staff are always very nice and at times go above and beyond what you'd expect.

The subs where delicious but the staff where a bit pushy and made you rush when you are going to order but looking on coupons on your phone.

Out of the four different Subways I've been to in Edmonton. This was the best. Keep up the great work. Subway is some of the best sandwiches.... When there made by someone who cares.

Got them when it was slow (around 3pm). Staff was polite and friendly. One down side, the cash is right beside the drink station so it would be a little cramped during busy times.

The girls here we’re amazing they know how to wrap an actual wrap without making a mess. 5/5 in my eyes if u don’t make a mess of my sandwich or wrap! Keep up the good work

Quite likely the best Subway in Edmonton I've been to for as long back as my memory serves. I usually get an upset stomache after eating Subway, but not from here.

I will go out of my way to visit this location. Why you may ask? As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience.

Very clean,young gentleman was courteous and knowledgeable. Only drawback is that it is hard to enter the store if you have a walker or wheelchair.

It's a solid subway. Not usually very busy and they make the subs well. Fast service and good quality. If you're feeling a sub this one's decent.

6$ salami sub add pizza sauce and get it toasted. It's a great deal. Foot long

Got a veg panini from there, they dont use the italian panini bread. Strange?!

One man show when I visited at 11:30am on a Saturday. Guy did not stop.

Busy at lunch hour on week days. But the staff can bang out subs fast.
