I try real hard to give a place a chance, and so I did twice with this Subway. Let's start with the employees. Many of the employees had numerous tattoos that were large, on their necks, face and visible. It seems to me this wouldn't be the image that subway would want their employees to portray. Next three of the employees had either their cell phone out and using it or had hands free devices around their neck and in their ears. Now onto the service and food. I heard the guy in front of me order the chicken bacon ranch and the tatted employee said that comes with double cheese to which he responded he wanted the shredded cheddar. After the tatted employee put the cheese on his sandwich he asked her if she put double cheese on the sandwich and she looked like he was bothering and reluctantly put more cheese on the sandwich. She actually told him next time it would cost him. I ordered my sandwich and proceeded to the guy with the tattoo on his face and the girl with tattoos on her arms, neck and ears. They were somewhat helpful even though he mumbled and I couldn't really hear him. Then I went to check out and was helped by this red head lady. She seemed out of it and just generally aloof. Do not go to this subway, which I am now dubbing Thug-Way because that is the impression I got from the people that worked there. They don't wear hair nets and never change their gloves

The two guys that were there to make my subs were so inexperienced that when I got to my location and gave the other person his order it was all wrong. As I didn't know what he was ordering due to never having it, I kept repeating the order to make sure they did it right ," they (the two guys working there) kept saying I don't know what that is." I hadn't been to subways in about 7 years so I won't be going back for another 7 years.

The food is good but the service here is horrible. Ive been here 3 times and it will be the last time. I got treated poorly the lady working here. First I told her what bread I wanted...she treated me like a foreigner and started speaking to me in spanish. I would ask how much would a meal cost with drinks and chips...got charged seperatly per item. I'm not sure what happened that day with the two people working there but they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. While I was paying...the lady told the cashier "wait she's still here?" I felt offended and pretty much rushed out of the facility. I even apologized but the discrimation and horrible feeling by being singled out there. Don't come here.

Subway has always been at the top of my favorites of food but the service and the attitude was very bad. Not too sure what the guys name was but he was an oversized, caucasian, receded haired man. It’s Labor Day .. Me and my boyfriend came around 4:09pm and mind you they closed at 5pm.. he kept saying that they were about to close. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable and so did my boyfriend. I do give props to the older man for being very sweet to me but the other guy needs to quit his job because he seems very unhappy. Thank you will not be returning!

Employees are welcoming and greet you as you walk in. The restaurant was clean and no debris on the floors or tables. They were not very busy when we arrived at 7 p.m. on Friday June 23rd. But as my brother and I ate our sandwiches, more and more people started to come in. A lot of to-go orders but there were 3 tables that sat down to eat as we were getting ready to leave. The food was great, very fresh and tasty. We will be back soon again.

Every time I've been to this Subway, it's active, the staff is friendly and engaging, and the food has been moderately fresh with indication they take good care of their food prep and stations. The Soda Fountain was also clean and had the correct ratio of carbonation Vs syrup. The #18 is awesome.

I visited this subway for the first time today and the restraunt was pretty clean, the employees were friendly, and the quality of ingredients were fresh. I was told that this location can get VERY busy during lunch time so please have a little patience with its employees as they can only do their best with what they have. For example one of their toaster ovens was broken today so things were moving kind of slow but, despite so of the rude comments from other customers they all kept smiling and tried to make the best out of a rough day. Note that I was told this location no longer serves cucumbers as an option.

Working on Saturday & my son had my car, so my coworker was going to subway for lunch…even though I KNEW better, I had him bring me back a sandwich, if you could call this a sandwich stale bread, flattened rather than plump fluffy bread…if I wanted flatbread I would have ordered it! This entire franchise as a whole and any others I’ve visited have significantly declined in quality of foods, but the prices have gone up exponentially. Bottom line, don’t waste your time and money at a subway.

While visiting from California, we decided to try this Subway for lunch, I have never ever in my entire life experienced such Rudeness, and they say southerners are friendly, I’m from a city where attitudes are expected, but I have never had an experience in a California Subway like I did today at this location, the young man in staff was rude, inattentive, unclean, and very immature... the date and time of our visit was 5/14/2020 @ 6:20 pm, as the young man refused to give us his name.

Staff was very pleasant and nice. However the bread from my sandwich was so hard and it didn’t taste very fresh. I wasn’t happy I know it was 6$ for sandwich but I just wanted a good sandwich to eat. I eat subway all the time hell I even use to work for one way back in my day. Won’t be coming back here unless it’s for a choc chip cookie. I bought one and that was 100% compared to my sandwich bread. Rock hard bread doesn’t seem too appealing to me.

As the dine-in option has been gone for some time now, due to COVID-19 concerns, I've been using the online ordering app for a few weeks and have had good success with that process. However, today my sandwich had a big black hair in it, and I'm afraid I won't be able to order from or eat at this location again. Goodbye, appetite. I hope they get a review of their food safety policies and guidelines, and soon.

Pretty good service overall especially for the area that they are located. The restrooms were in pretty bad shape especially for it being dead at this location. There were two employees working here at the time, in which one was mopping and the other was working the line. Not too enthusiastic about the job, but I would expect that from this place. Food was pretty good, so can't complain too much.

Everyone should know by now what quality of ingredients are utilized by this organization but my hunger was satiated so no complaints from me. What I am taking the time to reflect on are the soldiers in the trenches at this establishment. My transaction was expedient and my order was correct and I really appreciate that.

I understand that menu went out for whatever reason. But if i get text message for promotion and is not valid? The promotion said by 6inch an get the other at $1.49. And the only answer i get " Manager said that it do not appear at the screen" Plus they are not accepting uber rewards ? Put a sign or let me know in before i order.

This place is always very busy during lunch, so I give it a small pass because when I eat there it's pretty slammed, but regardless my online orders are nearly always wrong. Even when they get the sandwich correct with the right ingredients, they forget the chips, or the drink, or I get the wrong chips. Just basic incompetence.

I have been to this location a few times and I'm so lucky to get the young lady named Juanita every time. She makes my sandwich to perfection! Something I'm big on is not putting on too much mustard, because the flavor overpowers it, and she gets it right every time!

This place has mediocre service at most. Employees were deliberately making fun of their customer and the food was average at best. I wished We had the same level of service of the other reviews. Do yourself a favor and go to the gas station next door to get food.

Fluffy fresh breads to choose from, other places have only 1 type of bread. So you can have the same sandwich different wastes & times, not boring.....um they also have pepper jack cheese. I could take a pic because I ate it to fast, sorry I'll have to go back.

I would never come to this place again ,i came to the store at 8:40pm there were this 3 people working 2 guys and the girl name terri with bad attitude. Making my sandwich with anger and mad attitude. And one of the guys had his headphones on so disrespectful.

The only reason I give a one star it's because of the lady she was super nice , but the idiot who did my sandwiches did not listen to me at all he was doing my order all wrong .. Definitely not coming back I don't like to deal with people like that guy.

This subway Monday -Friday morning and lunch crew are the perfect crew! They move the line and they make my sandwich with love and no attitude ever. I hope they all get a raise and everyone should give them a tip. Keep it up! A1 service!

Amazing place. Comfortable atmosphere, the service was great. The chicken verde was to die for. Drinks tasted AMAZING. We were greeted and felt welcomed. Were not rushed to leave even though they were closing. Definately WILL go back

They finally have very good staffing here just have a really good and really helpful I enjoy coming to the subway it’s a very friendly environment and they are very helpful with recommendations on your food

This subway location has buffalo chicken and it's awesome it's one of my favorite ingeedients for making my own subs. Highly recommend these guys and the fact that their very quick about what they do.
