I love this place, I've been coming to this location for almost 3 years and never had an issue. But I would like to know why in the past 6 months, the weekend hours have been closed before 5 PM. That is still well into dinnertime. I'm positive the hours go until at least 9:00 pm on weekends, however the night crew for the weekends seems to leave early, stay clocked in, and then come back and clock out closer to 9 in order to appear they worked the whole night. I know many of the weekday personnel by face and am always greeted warmly when I walk through the door. I would love if the g.m. or owner could look into this. I will continue to use this location however this is asinine. Thank you for your time.

Worst sub sandwich I’ve ever had. This was my first and last order from this store. I ordered thru my app, so didn’t see it till home. So much was missing it was flat as a pancake. Unable to go back to make them redo it right. They don’t answer their phone so I’m complaining here. I’ll stick with FireHouse Subs!!

I just came in to buy water. This review is mainly on the cleanliness of the restroom. Wow...disgusting. It looked like the store was renovating to have Loco Bros share the location, but i was kind of grossed out with how the restroom wasn't maintained. I dont think i will be returning.

They have an older employee whose treatment of the consumer is lousy. I prefer to visit the one on mayport rd

Food was fresh as you can expect it to be. Service was nice. The male employee was helpful making suggestions. For being in a small corner of base and late at night they still showed professionalism and respect. A lot of youth or younger adults tend to slack when nights are slow.

Annoyed you guys were closed with your open sign on. I get it - things happen and the holiday weekend and everything, but maybe turn off your open sign and put up a paper sign saying you guys are closed.

Every time that I have been to this Subway the staff has always been extraordinarily friendly and diligent with my order. It is very clean inside and parking is fantastic! More

Always pleasant staff. I think they have my order memorized! Very small restuarant with only 3 tables. Only negative is that one table is directly next to the garbage can.

Always good, great selection, but long waits at lunch time because of the huge number of people on base. Get there early or later if you can shift your lunch time!

Unsat service. Twice I've arrive within thirty minutes of closing and they are already secured. Open sign on, employs say they shut down because they are slow.

Closed an hour and a half early, and as i opened the door with two guys already in there they yelled "WE'RE CLOSED" and asked me to leave.

Workers are rude. Not worth the wait.
