Wonderful staff.... The manager - I believe, he was the manager. The guy that had everything under control, and definitely knew what was going on... was very attentive. Great customer service! Great sandwich making skills as well! Love Subway!

I just grabbed lunch from this location today (9/05/23) and the short, older woman behind the counter appeared annoyed when I said I need 4 sandwiches. When she was cutting the bread to open it, she was pushing down on the loaf so hard that it was flat. On the second order, she pushed down on the bread so hard her palm went through the loaf breaking the loaf in half. She threw it away. When she was getting the flat bread for my third sandwich she was at the bread rack and frisbee'd the bread onto the counter and continued to do what she was doing with the other breads. During the process of putting the meats on the sandwiches she was sighing and breathing hard like she was annoyed or frustrated. At this point I was also becoming annoyed with her but the other two men that were helping behind the counter were really nice and helpful that I didn't say anything to her and this is also why I submitted a 2 star rating for the service.

Horrible service! Slow, lazy, and inattentive girls working today. More worried about paying attention to each other rather than the customer and you would think they were rationing the food. My salad was barely filled to the midway point with the girl sifting the ingredients in the bowl with a bit of attitude. Sandwiches half filled and pressed down. I can understand that people have bad days but go to the back, gather your composure and come out to help customers, I mean I believe that is what your getting paid to do the last time I checked. I'm in customer service and this was a sad display of Subway values that I never receive at other locations.

I have been a loyal Subway customer for years, and I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism before from any location. I arrive at the subway, and the associate leave the counter when I arrive. 45 minutes later she comes up to us and tells us that she quits so she won’t be taking anymore orders. She allowed me, my friend and 3 other customers to wait for her to take our orders, just to be told to leave. I can’t speak on behalf of the other customers from that night but I am highly disappointed and I believe I deserve some sort of compensation for my inconvenience and you can reach me at my email.

We pulled up late evening last night for late dinner. We wanted something quick and simple not too heavy. Store is posted to close at 10pm online and at the door. As we pull up at 9:42, I tug on the door and the gentleman through the door signs it is closed. As a customer I am aware of the importance of time and readiness, but if it states the store closes at 10, and I have 18 minutes until closing time how does that seem to you on a business side. To me that unprofessional not to mention false advertising. I was not happy or pleased with the situation at all.

Went a couple weeks ago I thought they had curbside,didn't feel like going in to a restaurant,ordered a footling meatball,waited 25 mins in my truck rt in front a couple customers came and went I finally went in my sandwich sitting there all cold I said I thought u had curbside they said they couldn't leave they had a rush and the last one just walked out,I was p'd off but kept my mouth shut really? I was sitting there the whole time several times there were zero customers I'm nvr going back

One person covering the counter so it was a 45min wait for food. Another girl was getting off and trash was more important than the line of customers phone just kept ringing. When I suggested to Saddie perhaps the customers were more important she said with an attitude "I'm getting off!". Yeah but you are still on the clock! Terrible customer service!!! I've been in management for 30 years and any of my staff that didnt realize the customer pays your check can find another job! ...and this is what I get! Thanks Subway!

I ordered a chopped salad and a pizza for the kids. Wasn’t asked if I wanted my proteins heated up or cold. Wasn’t asked if I wanted other proteins on the pizza either. The employee just placed them on a tray and tossed it in the oven. Very minimum efforts were made here. The 3 female employees were more concerned on the phone. Looks like I’ll be skipping the subway for a little. It’s all about quality folks. This has been my worst experience at a subway. It wasn’t even busy.

Ordered a simple order that was on the menu. No substitution and no changes. Instead of what was so simple was complicated. My sandwich didn't have chessse, it asked for spinach and got lettuce. It asked for avocado and didn't even get that. When I called to let them know. The gentleman hung up on me when I explained and he argued he had put cheese and it required lettuce not spinach.

Tried to call and order in and they never answer the phone so when I got there I had to wait to give them my order when I asked about calling in they said they don't do that anymore I guess the owner needs to open up his billfold a little bit and hire an extra person they are always busy when I go and it's always a wait and nobody will take a call

Subway did not want to toast my sub after it was made so here I am basically remaking my sandwich to toast. Called before it was even supposed to be ready, they said it was ready since I put it in 20 mins ago which means it’s just been sitting out, I set for it to be ready at a later time NOT ASAP. Today I went to pick up an order for door dash & the person responsible for making sandwiches was unprofessional. Bad attitude & with customers in front of her, she was going on & on about how she wanted to leave & "couldn't deal with this" . With that being said, she was ripping apart the cheese very aggressively & was very rude to the lady she was preparing the sandwich for.

Ordered a meatball sub. There was none 1hr before closing. Tomatoes were not fresh lettuce was brown. Usually a great place today not good. Makes me sad that is our regular place at least 3 times a month since we moved in this area a year ago August.

I like this subway because it's close to my house, but they have this lady Mag and the way she makes the sandwiches it's so poor I lose my appetite, she just trows the stuff on it and the she squeezes the bread so hard and she doesn't even give the amount of meat that's supposed to go on the sandwich. The staff does not appear to have any training in food handling. They go outside deliver curb side orders then come back inside and put on gloves while touching all the outter surfaces without first washing their hands. This happens a lot at this place. Where is the manager ? Someone is required to have a food manager certification.

So they have 4 employees sitting around inside with the door locked!!?? The sign clearly says open at 8:00am but they signaled to me with their hands that it opens at 10:00am. Are they getting paid to sit their until 10:00am. Strike three Subway you lost me as a customer

Very clean & organized. The employees were polite & do not take long to attend you. Bathrooms are clean as well. Kid friendly place & the 2 walls made of different sections of glass windows helps the morning sunrises a whole lot more soothing. Would recommend.

The Rotisserie chicken spinach wrap has about 1/8 cup of chicken in it. I have been to several different subways and this has not been the case.......very disappointing...
