I went to this Subway location July 20th - July 22nd during San-Diego Comic Con for lunch because it was in walking distance from the Convention Center and it was super quick and affordable. The service by all the staff was unmatched. They all were quick, efficient and made sure we were in there less than 10 minutes during one of the busiest times of the year. Everyone was awesome, attentive and respectful about keeping the line moving without hurrying anyone. This was my second year at SDCC where we used this Subway as a lunch spot and I’ll continue to do so every year I’m out there. The system they have set up works and the staff was beyond professional.

To the employee working there by himself today during a Petco park concert .. amazing job, you absolutely deserve a raise. I wish I got your name. You worked extremely well under pressure. To the owners that would let an employee who just started work by himself for hours on end during an extremely busy day, consider selling the store if you can not adequately manage and staff it. Your employee was unable to take a break (illegal) by himself and mentioned that the last person to post a sign on the door so they could take a break got fired. You are a disgrace to franchise owners everywhere.

I just walked into this location, granted it was late, however I see the employee in his Subway shirt sitting at a table. I stood in the ordering line and looked around for someone to help me. The seated employee proceeded to tell me “it was his break”, it was over in “8 minutes and 10 seconds” and was “my sandwich really that important?” I said yes, it is, and I’d love to hear what his boss had to say about that. He proceeded to say “Oh well fvck you then!” as I left. So, that guy’s boss, what say you? Is that the way your employees are allowed to act towards customers? Unbelievable.

Bathrooms not open during overnight. Few transient about. Ok service but management does not support community. Maybe if you don't look homeless, and ask anyone other than the disheveled kid usually working nights alone, you can use restroom. Preferably, use Walmart within three miles. Not an ideal community vibe with these guys. Gentleman in pic claimed he was the owner. "The 10th guy that messed that bathroom up ruined it for everyone". Is this what subway is about? "F the public" - guy in pic. Last straw with franchise owners.

Horrible experience, avocado skin, pit, banana pepper stems, stem from lettuce in both our sandwiches. When asked for a refund or to remake sandwich employees said they won’t do it, when asked for a number for manager booth employees went to the kitchen and stayed there. We weren’t being aggressive or rude, we just explained and asked politely and they just ignored us after.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too. Prices were outrageous. I always go to one by my apartment with no issues and good pricing. Here I asked for avocado on my footlong to which the employee replied are you sure? It’s an extra 5 dollars. I was shocked. Never mind on the avocado. What a rip off. The footlong itself used to be 5 dollars. Let alone a quarter of an avocado. Absolutely not.

This place is horrible during the san diego convention there was a older lady rushing people i was stopping to look at the menu for a minute to see what i would like to get but she kept raising her voice and kept yelling at me to hurry up this place is unbelievable never again STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know who owns this location but only having only one employee working is unexpectable, especially directly after a baseball game... Horrible slow service... The bread was so hard it was literally crumbling apart. It was definitely not fresh.
