This is the worst subway ever. Attending on 22nd of February I ordered BMT, and the feeling was very tiny filled up which did make me very unhappy paid for it. And I told the members of the staff that is not right sandwich to be served to customers. And answer I did get back is who is going to pay for this sandwich. Instead of making customers satisfied. they did not take any action remake the sandwich, or to make the customer satisfied. And the attitude from the staff members is disgusting.. When I ask them, I’m not happy with the sandwich they took it back and they ignore me instead of fixing it the problem. I feel you going to subway to ripped off what you are paying. The pictures doesn’t look the way it comes. It’s just quarter of it appears in a sandwich. Please do not ever visit store in this area That is the worst thing I ever experience in my life .’ Sorry, it’s not the answer for me

Their screens went black and staff didn't help at all. I couldn't see what they had to offer and ended up buying something blindly. After paying I was given a cup for a cold drink while there was a man repairing the machine. How was I supposed to pour it for myself!? No one knew what was happening and I kind of overpaid in this commotion. Cause 6 inch with a drink and a cookie in a meal deal for almost £6 doesn't sound right. Absolute rubbish. Where was the manager or a competent supervisor to step in and handle the situation. Never eating in Subway again. I threw away their card. I would have been better off getting a nice burger with nuggets, fries and drink for £4.99 in Burger King two minutes down the road. They were like children in the mist. No apology, sloppy customer service. I didn't enjoy the meal at all. It actually made me frustrated. Money wasted. Don't go there.

A standard subway takeaway and eat in place, can be good food sometimes or terrible majority of the time just accross the way from the bus station so useful if travelling. My problem is with the staff terrible and no customer service at all, I think it might be the *eat out to help out scheme* that makes them feel they should give less if any customer service. Also note not much seating space so you won't be able to sit during busy times "lunch". Ice machine has been broken for 3 years Nachos need some work too. Subs nice and tasty just staff can't speak English so good so don't understand especially with face masks but just means repeating a few times

The staff are amazing but I keep getting accosted by people who lurk around in the cafe; people who don’t buy anything, sit around waiting for customers to come in and then harass them in the queue whilst they’re waiting or ordering, asking them to buy them some food/a drink. This has happened to me on several occasions and I never see the staff asking them to leave and it makes my experience there very uncomfortable because I have to sit and eat my food whilst some moocher is watching me because I told him to stop talking to me. Great service but a security guard is definitely needed.

Went there today to get something to eat so as a normal human being you need to wash your hands before eating, so made my way to use the toilet, but the guy said sorry the toilets are closed and you can’t use them! So I’ve asked him what time are you closing, he replied 7pm and the time was 6.15, I asked him I want to wash my hands to be able to eat, he replied sorry but the toilets are closed I have been told to close them. So rude and arrangent

I ordered two subs using the app for collection and was given a 20 minute time to collect. I arrived and clicked the "tell them you're here" link in the app and waited...and waited...and waited. In the end, I had to chase them. They hadn't even started the order. They were too busy serving people who arrived after me (and long after my order arrived). Even when making my order, I saw them stop to serve other customers. Complete poor service.

If only I could give it less than one star. Disgusting, no one change their gloves serve to many people at once so your food is sitting on the side going cold as others are ordering. Not sure what has happened to fast food places but standers have slipped I don’t eat at McDonald’s anymore as there food is as gross as there hygiene now looks like subway is out to

The first time I ate at Subway (not this one though), the service was nice but I didn't think too much of the sandwich. On my second visit 9years later, to THIS Subway, the service was terrible! but the sandwich was quite good (or perhaps I was really hungry?). It is probably going to take another 9years before I eat at Subway again. Perhaps then I might get good service and a good sandwich.

The food is great. The staff are a bit moody, though. Sometimes, I ask to change some ingredients of a selected sandwich, they gladly do it, but sometimes they say "not allowed". But over all, I love it

Food was fine, but I've had better welcomes from a pet goldfish. No politeness, not a crack of a smile, and as a customer made to feel like an inconvenience. Great if you fancy a robotic exchange and a guessing game how much you're being charged before being waved to the card machine, but if you're after a pleasant customer experience this is probably not the place to go.

Very big subway with lots of seating and was clean but there was only one person behind the counter so took a while waiting and getting severed she toasted the sandwich but it was still cold in the middle and didnt taste to good because of that the cookies were very hard also not like the usual soft cookies you get in a subway store

I love it when a subway gives you decent portions ... sometimes they don't put enough salad in my salad bowl but these guys are fab! Gutted no pigs in blankets but I understand this is a halal branch of subway. Great they cater for the community. Cheers guys!

Really nice and spacious store with plenty of seating. I have crohns disease, so it's always nice to have toilet access. The store was clean and tidy during my visit, all be it quiet at the time. There employees were friendly and approachable and as always an extra bonus * for offering contacless payments.

Staff need coffee training ASAP. The guy serving has no clue how to do a latte or a capuchino. He over heat the milk and coffee every time I go in. Today I had to tell him to re do the drink and still is not acceptable

Stay away from this location. They served meatballs that seemed old and dried out and lacked any marinara sauce at all. Very disappointed and hungry at this disgusting and gross meal. :( They taste like they had been burning all day and I'd imagine that it tastes worse than dog food does.

Very poorly run store. Staff have very limited training. The sandwiches are done very badly and anything asked for is rationed out.The staff are also very unfriendly and seem not to smile. Tables are also always dirty and are only cleaned on request. Not recommended.

I BEG YALL TO NEVER GO THERE!!! I just moved nearby and went to go get a bite to eat and I had checked the reviews prior to going in but I thought to myself it can't be as bad as stated, I was wrong.

Customer service was good for a change and the place was clean. One major concern is that the toilets are no longer open to customers anymore which is not acceptable.

Awful, guy been really fast and didn’t pay attention and put enough amount of food in.
