Review 1: 5/5 Loved the food and the place. Price is reasonable too for the quantity you get. The upstairs section has power outlets, etc as well and serves well for a quick meeting place too. It had a Wifi but not sure if its publicly available since we didn't ask. Review 2: The food is still upto the excellent standard Subway maintains but the standard of this specific outlet is sad. As someone who has visited for quite sometime I am disappointed in how things have become. For starters the upstairs is now closed for visitors and everyone is forced to use the downstairs which is not practical due to the number of people that come here. Add to that the queue to order, the staff moves very slow and there is not enough staff on call at times. The flies and overall messy atmosphere (trays not cleaned up after diners leave, messy interior, etc) is not becoming of a Subway outlet. I seriously hope this changes because it is a disappointment to the Subway brand name as well. The drinks being behind the cashier is also another minus because they mistakenly add ice to every drink and thats annoying to say the least (especially on refills as well).

This is a place where I would love to visit to have some healthy food which is also sumptuous. The place is not bad, upstairs there is ample area to go with around 10 packs. One thing special at this place is the wide variety of bread available. Personally the customized Italian bread. My favorites are the Roast Chicken, Smoked Chicken, Steak & Cheese and Turkey ham sandwich. They have a wide variety of meat items and also many typed of toppings. The specialty of this place is that they make the sandwiches in front of the customers and we are free to choose what we like. Even the meat item quantity is good. The thin slices of beef salami, beef pepperoni and smoked chicken, together with processed cheddar cheese is lovely. This is a place where I would love to have food from. The cookies are average and not that good. But overall the food is lovely.

(2023/02/24 @7pm)I was served by the young waiter who wore spectacles.I ordered a footlong Tandoori Chicken sub and was disappointed to find that there was very little chicken in my sub.Instead,It was heavily filled with an excessive amount of sauces,tomatoes,and other add-ons.The bun was barely covered with chicken,which greatly affected the overall taste and quality of the sub.This exerience was disappointing,especially considering the high price of the sub. I suggest that the staff at Subway pay closer attention to the quantity of ingredients they are putting in their subs,particularly the chicken. Thanks.

I've eaten at Subway in 3 other countries, all of which had impeccable standards. This one, was sadly a huge disappointment. I ordered a pizza sub (toasted, with cheese on garlic bread) and what I got was shocking. The bread was untoasted, with just a few vegetables (if any), which were not fresh, and the "pepperoni and salami" were just questionable lunchmeat that had the texture and flavour of a sponge. The sauce wasn't a marinara at all, but a slightly tangy ketchup. There was no cheese and the bread was also quite disappointing . If you're considering going there, don't waste your money.

Had the worst experience ever. I have ordered thru pickme as a pickup order. But they were not ready untill i reach there. I was arrived to the place after 30 minutes passed from the ordered time. The staff switch off the phone and did not known that there is a order pending. I had to wait more than 30 minutes because the staff wasn't much care on the order. Never gives the priority to my order.

Sub, Smoked Chicken

Sadly this place has gone down in terms of up keep and maintenance of the dine in area. At the time of visit the tables were not cleaned and it looks general neglect of maintenance like peeling paint and water leaks. Food how ever seems to be some what consistent but they have taken down the beverage refills. At the time of visit nearly a 1/3 of the options were not available which is a concern. My only hope is kitchen and back of house is not on par with front house operations but usually back of house is much worse than what you see.

Great place to go and have a meal and chat. Easier to find the place. Prices are very reasonable and the food quality is very high. In Subway, you can design your own submarine, but most people (including my self) get lost during the process in the very first time. Therefore some research before dining is recommended. Not much parking available. If you are go there with your family or with your friends, its better to go upstairs. There are lot of space for hangout. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Food was good. I ordered takeaway ham,egg and cheese reg for my son but once I got home it was just ham n cheese. So bit disappointed about that. Mayonnaise was good but chilly/ garlic sauce and BBQ sauce was very watery. There wasn't much of a difference between buns except for the oregano one. On the chicken sub got a good portion of meat which I'm happy. Chocolate chip Cookie was really really good. They have good options on veggies which are fresh and can be selected for ur taste. Wish they had more parking space.

Seems like softlogic have taken subway.some change in menu food is good. Nicely packed. Friendly staff. But couldn't find any parking . Outlet needs a new makeover.. new price is bit higher..

Subway overall is good for a flavourful bite. Obviously you can select any combination of ingredients, however it is also pretty good when you tell the person there to recommend combinations of ingredients. Earlier it used to be unlimited refills, but now it is only maximum two? Unless that has changed. Earlier it used to have Lays potato chips, however now they have switched to a local brand I think, which is still good.

I visited them recently. The customer is in charge of the selection. That is what i love about SubWay. The breads are crispy, the meats are juicy and the vegetables are fresh. They have different choices. We can customise our food. If they had more space I feel that it would be better. And I really hope that they expand their number of sauces and dressings. And especially Desserts and Beverages/Drinks. Great Service.

They have gone from best to poor very fast.Dine in areas are closed down and now they don't give there signature beverage servics were we can take what ever we want(free service) dine in area has water leaks and the seats they have provided is not suitable for a restaurant. Its good for a bar. Seems like they have downgraded there service quality for more money. Now it's a cheap looking place.not recommended.

I was really excited to eat from Subway for the first time, but I was quite disappointed with the food and the service. The bread is dry and the fillings don't taste fresh. But the variety is quite good. The staff seem to be very uninterested in their job. They were not rude but neither did they seem interested in doing their job. I would go their in a rush but would not make a special effort to visit them.

Alright, but cant recommend it. They didnt have diet sodas. One of us wanted a salat, but it wasnt possible to get. We couldn't sit upstairs. The food didnt taste like it should, Devilled Chicken wasnt devilled at all. It wasnt clean where we did sit and eat. The dude behind the counter tried.

Ordered the roast chicken sub. The chicken was just boiled chicken. Totally tasteless. The bread was over cooked by them that day, so it was hard and brittle. Super bad subway. Quality back in India is so much better with unlimited sauce options and plus at a cheaper price highly dissapointed

I've been a fan of subway since I was small and I was over the moon when they opened up in Sri Lanka. Really nice and chilled out place to dine with friends and family. Kind and friendly staff. Quick service. Only issue I see here is parking, sometimes I park in the temple down the road and walk! You guys have been doing a great job for 2 years. Keep it up!!

Recommended for all vegetarian lovers. Try vegetarian patty submarine. Look credit card offers. Staff is friendly and very supportive. Place is clean and tidy. Got upstairs seating as well. Best place if you are looking for healthy meal choice. Some of my friends complaints it contains less meat content in the submarines. Parking is bit hard in this area.

Have been to several times and this is a good place for quick dine out. Nice environment friendly staff good food. I feel like they have changed the double meat and extra cheese options recently . If you are a meat lover try this double meat option. The salads are good too.If you hope to dine here frequently ask for the loyalty card

Comparable to the other subway outlets that one finds in the other parts of the world. The subs are fresh and the ingredients meet the required standards. It is also added bonus that they have great vege subs. Perhaps the chips need to be changed to a global brand. Overall the decent option for a quick and fairly health bite to eat

Nice customer service. Very less amount of varieties for Vegetarian food items. The atmosphere is so good to spend time.

Subway is a great place food is very tasty when you figure out what suits you. But sometimes they don’t have all their ingredients to make exactly what I want. The lack of ingredients has gotten worse because of Covid, understandable but their bread selection has shrunk and that’s not acceptable because it should be made locally

Basically sad to say most of the international food chain when come to Sri Lanka only Price is similar food was horrible

Good value for money considering the taste and quality of ingredients. However the server while being very courteous and helpful only wore his mask when I entered. He was handling the products without a mask before I entered. This is a big demerit unfortunately considering the prevailing situation.

I actually was really excited to eat first time from here. I m happy it fulfilled my expectations. So many flavor options to choose. So healthy and tasty food. I love it. I would say its worth for the price. Really good place to grab quick and healthy bite. I recommend this place.

Sub was fresh and delicious. Many fillings and sauces to choose from. Pity that they don't serve french fries and the crisps they do serve don't come in regular, salted flavor. The staff could use a bit more smiles towards their customers. Parking is a bit of a hassle.

Great place for have a meals . Good customer care. There is a nice dining place in upstairs so we can have our meals without disturbance . Lot of varieties of submarines and beverages . All of meals are in good affordable price range and also have special kids meals.

Absolutely terrible service. Staff is lazy and unfriendly. They were not able to cook order for half an hour. We’re saying excuses. Then they said they can’t cook at all, just shut the door and hid in the kitchen. These two guys on the photo were absolute rudeness.

My go to place for mid day/ dinner pick up. Tried and tested the Roast beef foot long, packed with fresh and pickled veggies. Kudos to the management and team for the effort put in, for the efficiency and standards maintained, food-chain done right!

Subway is always my favourite snack place. However, the service quality have dropped in recent times. Further, options are limited ( as per the staff, they didn't get many materials due to the dollar issue of the country).

Honestly, 1 and a half hour wait on Ubereats to receive a tasteless, soggy "sandwich". Terriyaki chicken was nothing like it, only lettuce and all other veggies missing. Very disappointed.
