☆ My preferred Subway to go to. Subs are always made accurately, neatly and with generous amounts of salad. ☆ Staff are always friendly, patient and well-trained. They're able to handle pressure when there's many customers waiting. ☆ Only downside is that in the late afternoon, not all the cookie flavours are available. However, this isn't too much a problem, given that all of the cookies are delicious and I'll happily take whichever ones are available.

What can I say. I was served by Jonah and his customer service skills were of such a high calibre. It's just made the other all experience of my visit so much better. They do say love and pride is the secret ingredient and I could taste it today, which isn't seen in fast food these days. I will be back for another meatball sub soon!!

No wonder this place is empty. Walked in and it was like someone died. The girl serving must have been having a really bad day, didn’t even ask what bread I want, picking up her energy I thought I’d just initiate the order. When she did speak it was more like a mumble and could hardly hear her. She should’ve called it a day and went home if it was that bad. Looking back it was more hilarious than anything.

My local Subway, expect the same great subs as all subways so always expect the same quality, my usual subway is a foot long meatball, certainly feels more appetising and filling over the other takeaway branded stores like Mecca's and hungries

The lady who served me on a thu night felt like she could rather be somewhere else. She was rude and abrupt. The bread was stale and the toppings were very minimal for a footlong sub. I will not be going back to this subway or would recommend this place to my family or friends.

This subway may be small but it's somewhere I've always gotten great food from. Don't know if they still do this - as it seems unfortunately most subways stores now don't anymore - but I've quite often sat & eaten whilst refilling my drink & nibbled my cookie! Hopefully more letterbox coupons arrive soon for more subway deals.

Ordered a chicken and two salami footlong for my boys. One salami is ok the other barely have any salami in it. My son even thought I ordered vegetarians for him. We are currently in isolation too and relying on food delivered. I payed over $50 for the three rolls. First time and also the last with you Subway!!! …

Always received very good customer service at this subway especially from Brian. Quick service and friendly attitude. Always a pleasure to be served by Brian. Would also commend Tina on her excellent customer service. Service with a smile and always courteous, a pleasure to visit this subway.

THE SLOWEST SUBWAY EVER! When the lines out the door all the workers AND THE BOSS make subways at the pace of my 96 year old grandma typing on her phone. Legit takes so long to get a subway almost not worth the 15 minute wait. Speed up guys seriously

WORST SERVICE. No courtesy. If u don't like to do the job simply quit don't make customers suffer. They make sandwiches in such a way if someone is after them. If u wanna loose faith in Subway for life then go for it. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ANY COST.

Reached store at 9:05 am and waited for 30 min that is until 9:35 .they are still prepping and asked to wait 15 min more . literally 3 people left store frustrated in front of me . I have left place to go to Subway (sunshine, Market place)

This sunshine subway is prob the best store, there bread is still a decent size so you can fit your salads in unlike all other stores which try to save money by making bread small to fit less in then it falls apart and makes a mess.

Worst subway ever. I have never seen such worse customer service, the morning staff doesn’t even know how to greet customers and rest about taking orders is way out of league. ThAnk you for giving such an unforgettable experience.

I order subway sandwich around 6.40pm, there was Asian guy working he creat mess. He doesn't even know how to make sandwich. I don't know why they doesn't trained them properly. We just throw our bread in bin and waste our money.

Cancelled my online order 45 minutes before close. If it was 5-10 minutes before close I'd understand but when the order was made an hour before I simply don't understand. Can only imagine it's sheer laziness.

I went into the restraunt and ordered a sub but when received it had a dead fly in the sub they gave me my refund but that is truly unhygienic and discusting! Also there was a really rude asain guy!

Very friendly service. Plenty of seating available. Not many car parks due to its location. 15 minute parking limit doesn't help if you want to enjoy your food.

Food is good. Misleading signs as went for a kids meal (which I've previously ordered off ubereats) however was told when in store, they do not do it...

The food was okay, but the Asian Pokémon trainer with the bandanna has very grumpy and had poor customer service skills. I don’t choose this subway.

Always go here, facilities are always clean, staff friendly, food amazing. I highly recommend this store, best out of the subway chain stores.
