I ordered foot Long Sandwich and as we know we need to tell all ingredients what we want to put in sandwich. Staff is very rude and she was not even listening to me what I was telling her. I didn't want carrot and spinach but she put in as she was making for herself. Sauces I was telling so I told her to put Spicy Mayo then Mastard and I was told her to add sweet chilli but she already started to pack as she didn't want to give more sauces. This is not first time I'm experiencing in this branch. Please be ready for that attitude whenever you guys go na order

First subway in australia that has a policy of 3 sauce only. i know its just a matter of $10 but you are spending money and if you cannot get the good food no point of wasting. if they have this kind of policy they must display somewhere where it is readable to customers. Staff is very rude, when you ask them to call manager they are like we don't have the managers and they don't respond good, they respond like " DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO" I even asked them I am happy to pay extra but they are like "NO WE DON'T HAVE THIS KIND OF POLICY HERE" i went there two times and every time the girls serving are in bad mood they don't even greet you properly or even they don't wear smile while talking to you. Seriously the WORST subway staff I have ever seen

Worst service ever, she was rude, disgusting attitude, no respect. Me and my mum went to Subway at Blacktown to get a footlong BMT Italian and when she finished preparing our food she started yelling at us for no reason because my mum we shaking her head because of how that lady was preparing our food and how she was giving us the worst attitude ever. When we were about to pay she told us to "hurry up and pay" and she walked away, she didn't even asked if we wanted a receipt, so after we payed we waited for 1-3 minutes, she came back and said "what do you want" with a angry and annoyed attitude, then we asked "can we get our receipt please?" she got our receipt and placed it on the table and she just walked away. Ordered two footlongs at this place. The lady had 12 red and black plastics bracelets on each wrist and they were constantly brushing against the bread and the ingredients she was adding to my order. I can't understand why she would bother putting gloves on if it doesn't cover her bracelets and why would she leave her bracelets on in the first place? We all use restrooms and inadvertently rub our watches and bracelets on areas that are very dirty. And I don't want to imagine what happens when she'd wipe herself with those oversized bracelets on. I was both appalled and offended. Won't go to that subway ever again.

I think it's highly unprofessional to be wearing airpods and having a conversation with someone while you are dealing with customers. The guy in front of me had to repeat himself three times because of it and she ended up putting the wrong fillings in his sub because of it. Whilst serving me she was talking to someone on her airpods and asking me what I wanted at the same, I made sure to speak loudly and clearly so the same thing wouldn't happen to me. Please ban airpods in the workplace, it's unprofessional and shows that you don't care. Save using them for outside of work like everybody else.

If there was less then 1 star this place would receive it. Whilst waiting in line the girl serving proceeded to make my daughters sandwich with the incorrect fillings. I questioned what she was doing and said that’s incorrect and not what we asked for. She said you asked for this…. No I didn’t! She then wiped the ingredients out of the sandwich back into the container and began making what we had asked for, the whole time speaking rude and rolling her eyes. Never will I spend money at this store again!

Very disappointed in this subway, I like subway in general as it is a healthy alternative but this subway was far from good, firstly the bread was extremely try and crumbled when I locked it up, secondly the tuna didn’t really taste fresh but it was still edible, and thirdly the vegetables and salad which were in my foot long were frozen. But on the bright side the customer service I was pretty good and the wait time was short.

The girl who works in the morning is utterly rude . I’ve been here 2 days in a row trying to get food while having her stand around talking to other coworkers in a different language for 5 minutes while giving me change , we’ll trying to . Today she sees me and won’t even serve me doing other things after another thing when a customer is you’re number 1 priority, not to look at them and just plain ignore them , Rude as hell

Terrible service. I came in with my own vegan version of meat and cheese and they denied me service due to "cross contamination". What does that even mean? you change gloves after each sub sandwich order, do you not? i did not understand the issue. i have never been denied this request at other subway branches. very annoying. i was on my workbreak and needed a quick meal to go. i am now starving. THANKS A LOT!

Went to subway for lunch today 11/6/22 and they got all of our orders wrong and when we went back they argued and said it was our fault and wouldn’t do anything and they were very rude. Judging by the rest of the reviews it’s not just me they have gotten wrong. Never will I order from here again! Absolutely disgusting customer service and even more disgusting food!!

Asked the staff for a cheese toastie but instead of the garlic sauce, I’ll have marinara sauce. Apparently, this is too much to ask for even though every other store has been able to make the switch of one sauce. I then said, I’d pay extra for it because I was craving it. The Asian girl that was serving, straight up said “sorry no”. That doesn’t even make sense!

Fresh review for a fresh start i must say. Very good to see the change in franchise. So far i have had only toasties and cookies here after the reopening. Although they impressed me with fresh ingredients every time. I plan to visit them again on sundays for salads and subs. I hope it will be very good. Healthy over junk. Subway over Maccas always.

Nothing but slop wrapped in paper. Staff are that stupid. My order came to 25.25 so i handed him a 50 dollar note a 5 dollar note and 25 cents and he thinks its acceptable to hand me back 20. We have been having Subway since we came here in Australia. No subway has denied the number of sauces you put in the Subway. They denied adding 4th sauce although they have not mentioned it anywhere. Such rude staff they have.
