I ordered a sandwich using the Subway phone app, and the staff member made it incorrectly. That's annoying, but not worthy of one star because they remade the sandwich. However, the new sandwich was still made wrong and at point I gave up and took the loss. Also, the staff argued with me about the cheese type like it is my fault the subway app calls the white cheddar processed cheddar. The staff seem misinformed about franchise products. Another thing worth noting is both staff members were sitting on their phones in the back of the shop both times I spoke to them. This subway is not worth going to, try somewhere else.

Worst subway ever. Employees are unfriendly and rude. They seem to not care whatsoever. Service is extremely slow and the majority of the time the vegetables look old and freezer burnt. There were 3 people in line ahead of me and two employees working yet it took 18 minutes for me to get my sandwich. Not acceptable for a place that is supposed to be fast food.

I was just there at 11 am and watched employee picking through a food bin. She did this beside a coworker. She did not have gloves on and was tossing the selected food into another bin. This is not acceptable and food inspectors need to monitor this poor food handling. I did not wait for them to open...never again!

Terrible. Unfriendly service. Inconsistent pricing especially. They charge more than other Subway stores for my usual sandwich order. First time, I bought the sandwich and was charged correctly. Next two times, they charged me extra. I argued my point but they brushed me off. Terrible. Don't go here.

literally this is the worst subway i’ve ever been to. employees ignore you when you approach and are in the back on their phones. i’ve knocked on the window to indicate i’m ready to order, yet they roll their eyes and keep texting. i’ve waited upwards of 15 mins for a low quality sandwich

During pandemic, employee had her mask down below her chin as she went to make my sandwich. I asked if she could put it on and she made excuses about how it sags too much. Get a better mask then! Don’t object to a customer’s request for you to do what you’re legally obligated to do.

Around 5:30 saw the employee casually walked out of the booth with "back in 10 min" sign. It was during the peak for dinner time and miltiple people left since the employee did not return until after more than 10 min.

So gross and sloppy! When the employee is so careless about the food they’re about to serve you, it also speaks to how little they likely care about hygiene and presentation during food prep. Never again!

This is probably the worst Subway I've been to. Very slow service and the taste compared to other Subway locations is awful. Not quite sure what it is that makes this location's subs taste so bad.

Doesn't open at a consistent time. It's sometimes open at 9:30 am and sometimes open at 10:00 am, depends on who is working.

Menu is reduced, prices are high - and they don't answer their phone. Lots of other subways around - don't go to this one.

In a peak time( lunch time) employees are in the back and whatever call them, just keep saying “ wait”!!! It’s ridiculous!
