Very abrupt and rude customer service . I called and specifically asked “ Hi- good morning- would you happen to sell a 16” white gold rope link necklace “. The old lady responded “have you look on our website - I don’t know what you are asking”; in a nasty tone. I was taken back because my question was clear as day. Maybe - it’s time for her to retire- or adjust her hear aid. Not surprise at the service- Bridgeport is historically known to disgusting old mind set views .
I have several pieces of Sue's jewelry, & I enjoy all of them because they are beautiful & unique. I lost an earring once, & Sue replaced it immediately at no cost. I've always had great customer service.
Absolutely wonderful and great staff/customer service. Their selection of jewelry is outstanding and massive. The jewelry is very unique and custom. Definitely intend to order again soon.
