This place charges the most expensive mocha. $5.50 for a regular and $6.50 for large. The price was increase in early 2022, way before we have an issue with inflation. When our food was served and after we touched the toast, the owner abruptly reached for the plate and took it back as he thought it might be the wrong order for us. We were shocked. Why bother taking the food back when someone has touched it? Did he intend to serve it to the "right" customer? That was a disgusting act. We ended up insisting that it's ours and took it back from his hand. The egg in the bacon and egg roll was super overcooked and not runny. In summary, overpriced Cafe, unfriendly owner, failed B&E roll, may serve you food that was wrongly served to others.

This place is in a great location, close to the park for the kids and water for a walk. Ample outdoor seating so really beautiful on a nice day. Ample parking too with 12 hours so you don't have to rush. They serve Campos coffee here and it's delicious! The food is also good. I ordered the super brekkie bowl which was yummy but had way too many pickles in it which, first thing in the morning, not great for me. Would have really preferred more normal veggies. My daughter had poached eggs with avocado and smoked salmon on sour dough. Really generous portion which you would expect for nearly $25.

This is a great location, and the staff are very nice. They gave me a cold drip coffee to try as I had never had one before, and it was delicious. Toasted sandwich was good, but I say good rather than great for a few reasons. On the plus side, delicious sourdough bread and nice tomatoes. On the downside, they forgot the salt and pepper I requested, which is forgivable but annoying, but here's the kicker: the cheese wasn't melted!

Really nice and a little cute cafe . The female barista, she is always smiling and happy , it really brightens our day every time when me and my wife visit. Will definitely recommend to others who also live nearby . However, I really wish they do have home delivery options, especially during this difficult pandemic time . Don’t know why they missed a such good option for those who try to avoid close contact.

We have come here 3 days in a row visiting Sydney. Beautiful service, the best scrambled eggs ever! Super fast service even when busy. Didn’t bother trying any other cafes cause this one was so good :)

Couldn’t fault a thing. Went on a Groupon voucher , brunch for 4 and it was flawless . Generous portions , excellent presentation , smiley prompt efficient service and idyllic location . Coffee was also really really good . Will certainly be making this my regular . Thanks for an excellent Sat morning brunch with my family .

Had an awful experience entering this cafe with its staff being absolutely rude. I understand that I can't enter the premises to place an order, but it can definitely be conveyed in a much nicer manner. It's not as though I am refusing to do so. Your staff needs to be trained better. Manners matter in hospitality.

Such a wonderful place to visit, eat with coffee or tea and othere beverages. All the staff are very friendly who greet you with a very happy smile. Next to the tennis courts are surrounded by Lyne Park a wonder place for the kids and elderly to enjoy. Come, bring your family and act as their tour guide.

Nice location but the prices of these items are the worst I've ever seen in Sydney. $6+ for a biscuit/cookie from the jar on the counter and they legitimately charged me $5.50 for a Gatorade. I've never in my life even in vending machines seen Gatorade's for this price. Will be steering clear!

One of the best brunch spots in the East! The menu is extensive and all delicious. The coffee is fantastic and the service is wonderful. Parking can be tricky especially on weekends. Dogs are allowed! The staff are so friendly, always going above and beyond if anything needs to be changed.

I have had a light lunch here only 3 times but it has become a favourite. The food is diverse and really good. People like the coffee but I love the leaf tea in a pot served in a fine tea cup - just perfect. The team is wonderful, always a smile and a warm welcome. Service is excellent.

Excellent food and location, eggs Benny on potato rotti were very good and service was on point. There is a very nice dog park nearby with heaps of families and friendly dogs. Really recommend if you are in the area to check it ou

This is a fantastic little cafe right next to the tennis club and tennis courts within Lyne Park at Rose Bay. The views from the roof are amazing, the service is great and the coffee is excellent! You can have your dog with you outside on the lower level. The food is also very nice.

Great cafe and staff! Relaxed and chilled, with fresh and tasty dishes. We ordered the Spanish omelette and the breakfast bowl. Both were satisfyingly delicious. Great coffee and chai tea. Surely a cafe we would a like to return in the future for another nice and relaxing brunch.

We were blown away by how scrumptious the food was, and boy was the customer service just lovely. Music could of been turned down a couple of notches but nonetheless, it deserves a 5 star rating. Yummy!

Lovely setting with nice Campos coffee. Food is terrible. I had the eggs benedict which was really terrible. Deep fried hash browns and what tasted like a cheap can of hollandaise sauce. Stop in for a coffee and youll have a lovely time but avoid the food is my recommendation.

  • Kea Lively

Had the soft shell crab omelette, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had! Presentation, textures, flavours were on point. My partner had the gin cured salmon and it also looked and tasted amazing.

Love having breakfast at Lyne Park cafe :) Great coffee! Best freshly baked muffins ever! Fresh fruit and eggs are also superb. My sister and I are officially addicted to the muffins and coffee! Staff are ALL very friendly and go out of their way for great service.

  • Amy Freeland

The most perfect scrambled eggs and the kindest owners who let me leave a flyer in the cafe for my own small business. Fantastic coffee (and I know a good coffee), outdoor seating under the trees or on the deck and even upstairs overlooking the tennis courts.

  • Rob Whelan

Had a great "Portuguese style eggs" for breakfast. Coffee is good and I love the Bananabread. Top level terrace is nice to sit and enjoy the view on the park and the bay. Downside is the kitchen closed quit early in the afternoon.

Got a Groupon voucher for a discount brunch and was not disappointed. The place was really busy yet staff were still friendly, dogs are allowed and it's really good for families. Food was on point as well. Beautiful surroundings

Pet friendly, quaint cafe. First time visit. Ordered Eggs Benny and Fish and Chips. One of the few places I've been to where you can actually taste the fish! Fritters that come with eggs Benny were nicely done. Great service.

what I got today for $24! Bad joke! I’ve been eating here my breakfast every Saturday last 2 years but after today, I’ll never come back. The portion was ridiculous, two eggs, bit of salmon and potato…

Good spot for local cafe. Nice view and popular but not crowded. We had superbrekkie bowl — simple and fresh ingredient. Campos coffee so cannot go wrong.
