Worse massage I’ve ever received in my life. The masseuses clearly had no sort of formal training because it was terrible. Came in for a couples massage and was told there was only one deep tissue person and one relaxation. I got the relaxation person which they said was less pressure but I could ask for more, understandable. It wasn’t even just about the lack of pressure it was the technique and lack of knowledge in anatomy. In a full body you get all body parts and she basically rubbed my shoulders and did some strokes on my back. From the start I told her, hey my shoulder blades and back are area of concern - no regard for it. Asked her for more pressure, got none what so ever. I know a thing or two about massages and pressure doesn’t always come from how hard you press. It’s about using different body parts (elbow vs. Fingers) or using your body leverage to get more pressure where needed. How am I not a masseuse and know this but the girl didn’t? When she was massaging each side she wasn’t even doing the same techniques - just whatever she felt like. Massaging over top of bone and massaging across my spine. If there was a lot of pressure you’re definitely not supposed to be going over the spine. I told her if she can’t get a lot of pressure, itd be okay with just using elbow. At the end of the day we as clients are paying and supposed to be able to ask for what we want - I didn’t receive that. This girl was lazy and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

When I went in a few years back they were a little spalon and they were incredible. The owner was doing massages and they gave me the most incredible massage and cupping session. I went this time for a lash lift and brow lamination and tinting. It was the first time I’ve done lash lift and though I am not a fan of it the lady who did it was sure to tell me it would be very natural (the owner also told me they wouldn’t be drastic) and I went ahead thinking it would be enough of a change I could avoid make up. I am super happy with my brows and the service overall. They accommodated a very bored 6 yr old as well which was great.

My wife and I treated ourselves to a couples massage here for our anniversary. The entire experience was amazing starting with the booking process which was easy. Our RMTs were Chloe and Barb who were both awesome. The atmosphere in the spa as well as in the couples massage room was very calming and relaxing, and all of the employees were very friendly. The spa itself was very clean and well maintained. We have already booked another couples session for next month! A very nice way to treat your spouse on your anniversary!

Booked in for a sugaring with Jess today and she was great. It was my first time in awhile, and she made the process very seamless while being very pleasant and efficient. Will be back for future sessions! The vibe of the spa is also great as well, I might try their other services down the line. Thanks again

I had my first sugaring experience today with Ara. She’s probably one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. She’s so friendly and kind! I was in and out of my appointment in under 20 minutes. It was way less painful than waxing. I’ll definitely be back to Sugaring & Massage Spalon Inc next time!

When I looked up this place, I didn’t really have high hopes. But I was proved wrong when I went for a massage here. Darna was amazing, very professional, made sure I was comfortable and got a great massage. Felt very relaxed coming out of the place. Would recommend them for sure.

Such an incredible experience. I got the express cleansing facial with a jelly mask. It was a great experience, super friendly and helpful staff, and I’ll definitely be visiting again soon. It was incredibly relaxing and needed after a long week. Thank you!

Ara was amazing to me! The staff here are all so nice, and my nails turned out beautiful! Would definitely recommend. Edit: I should note that I didn’t visit the facility. The staff were at an event I attended and did my nails there.

Incredible experience! We had massages done by Walid and Eva. Very professional and welcoming atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and so worth it. Don’t let the Hurontario construction scare you, it’s 100% worth the commute!
