Sultans!! They did it Again! Made my food wonderful with Very tasty flavors that made my mouth water. We Falafel, extra Pita, and Our Usual combo of Kabob Trio! The humus is a Creamy Dream! And the salad & jalepenjo it came with is a good Touch! The Sultan has Never Let Me down! Make sure to ask For Garlic! The combo of humus and Garlic on the Pita brings out even more flavors of the Meats! It's already tasty but its a double whammy with the two! I like to eat my food right when I get it. Nice and warm. I usually walk to this place and do pick up walk back 2 blocks and it's still warm. So that's a won won for me. Cause it's Location is Off 6th & Broadway. You can dine in. I really love the New Expansion to the restaurant. When I found this Gem Round 2014? So Our family is Loyal to this restaurant. We appreciate visit and Blessings to the hands that prepare our meals. Here's some tips: You can order ahead for pickup. Masks are required. Usually not to long of a wait time. Remember to Compliment your Chefs!! The love we show them makes the food even more of a delight!!

I odered over the phone a Cheseburger special, they said 10-15 minutes. I went and bought to sodas and paid for the order. I waited 10 additional minutes and my food came out and sat on the counter. A worker came and from finishing his lunch in the eating area, put my order in a bag, dropped some of my fries on the counter (did not replace them) and the cashier sent him out to a delivery. an older gentleman walks in and instead of giving me my order she attends the customer by serving him chicken soup and then walking back to get him a pita bread. Another customer places an order and then she’s also taking an order over the fone. She finally calls out my name and STILL has the nerve to ask me if I had already been charged.. It was not busy., to me its that I had to be a well known customer. Not proffesional at all.

Two coworkers and myself stopped in for a quick bite to eat and found this place to be very inviting, tranquil and clean. I'm saying this because DTLA can be very dirty, as well as visually unappealing to some, however Sultan Chicken was our oasis amidst the kaos of everyday life in LA. Plus the food was hot, delicious, and delightful to our wallet, stomach & palate... It was a pleasure.... Thank You.

The front door was appropriate and could easily be entered by wheelchair, tables were high enough to accommodate a person in a wheelchair as well.

5 stars snd more. . . The restaurant is in the heart of downtown Los Angeles old downtown not by the The LA live. I just had the raw meat lunch and it was incredible superb and delicious. My girlfriend have the rib eye. Moreover, they deliver. Do not go eat here or order from here. Like I said you will not go wrong with any dish that you order because it is all made fresh and it's helpful and nutritious. If you're going to spend money, good money, let it be on your food and your body and your health. all else is irrelevant. The Sultan Is in the hous. Go Sultan.

Good food, family operation. A bit chaotic at times and a bit like a sitcom but that makes it memorable. My only criticism is that they take a cheap shot at food service customers by magically changing their menu to save money by giving you only half the meat your supposed to get. And when you call them out on it they just stick to their story and don't own up. The picture and item shows the regular full meat menu item, why are you only giving me half? We all know protein costs the most for them as well. It's just plain wrong. They choose to use and accept these services, don't take it out on the customer to save money. That's cheap. I for one will be eating here less now, money lost.

Food is great the homemade hummus is delicious and a must have. Food made fresh. Skewers are . You get a lot of food for your money so it’s definitely worth it. Falafel is also very delicious. Service is good. Cashier is always nice and always has a great attitude. They always have some music on with good vibes. Sometimes there’s homeless people asking for cash ‍♀️

Love the place Middle Eastern food I just ate there yesterday and today.. and before.l its of time ....healthy fast and great ....excellent people that works there....one of my favourite restaurant. If you work downtown or hang out downtown alot and busy schedule grab a bite there 1 meal for me equivalents to 2 meal if it's whole chicken turn that to soup with bones..so that's 3 meal... ...DOWNTOWN LA CA...FOLKS I GIVE THAT 10...STARS PLUS Times 10. And mucho mas mas more....HEALTHY..FAST ...CONVENIENT..AND EXTRA FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE...

This place had all the bells and whistles of a good Mediterranean joint but still has a little room to grow. I had the rotisserie chicken which was great, but the sides left a little to be desired. It receives 4 stars because the chicken was awesome! The rice was a little cold and bland and the pita bread was toasted and a little hard. Overall, the flavors were there, and the food was good. The atmosphere was a little strange but hey, it's downtown LA. If anything, make the trip for the chicken and you will not be disappointed.

This is my Special Place where you feel like family. My sister and I are always eating here. Everything is Tasty and Delicious I always order the Lamb Chops and my sister Bridgette always gets the Chicken. We love it here. The Customer Service and The Food are Grand!!! 25 stars #DowntownLosAngeles

The best in Downtown LA. I do corporate catering for my company and I use them once a week. Alex the owner is the best and he will always take care of my needs. Ask for the "king taco" he hooks up all kinds of different food from Italian, Mexican, Indian, and of course Mediterranean food. I highly recommend The Sultan for catering or even a simple dine in lunch.

The food was great but let me a bit specific about what you order and what you actually get. We ordered the chicken shawarma and the beef shawarma sandwich. The chicken shawarma was actually a chicken sandwich and the beef shawarma was actually a gyro sandwich. Regardless they were great sandwiches and they tasted perfect but heeey name em correctly gents.

i always order the avocado burger. it come with your fries and salad. all the four times i have been there it has been great! only Cons are that the place is small and they are always busy so i wouldn't recommend to go there if you are on your 30 minute break, you are better of ordering online or by phone. other than that Sultan is a great place to go eat.

I have known chef Alex since I was a kid and he has always been honest and kind to me. The food he makes is authentic and healthy food that nourishes the body and soul. It makes me smile to know my friend is still in business. Every time I get a chance I stop here. This is the very best in Mediterranean cuisine! I love you Chef Alex! May you live forever!

Great food and typically large portions. Fast and friendly service with a huge moderately priced menu. Chicken skewers, rice and humus was the favorite part of my dish. Ordered from mealpal and they ran out of the regular chicken, I was more then happy to take the chicken kabob but felt gypped when I only received one.

THE.BEST.HUMMOUS. I had falafels and they were fine but the HUMMOUS. Garlicky, so creamy, so delicious. You have to try it. This is a good place for take-out since it's cramped and dark inside- sort of New York feeling actually. There are a couple tables but it's not a relaxing environment.

I haven’t been here in years . I was really glad to see that they expanded their location and that their food taste as delicious as the first time i tried it 17 years ago. The price is reasonable the meals are cooked served hot and fresh . I got a number 1 and 2 and both were delicious.

I had the meat combo and it was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. This is authentic middle eastern food. A must stop if you visit DTLA during the day. It's always busy because the foods so good.

Uggggggh another chicken establishment but this one surprised me and caught me off guard with itsvkenu selection and good taste. I'll take good and greasy kver Churches anytime. I recommend and I will be there again.

Hardest working crew. They make regional specialties from Iraq. Everything is great. If you don’t give this place 5-stars, you’ve got something going wrong in your life, and it’s not this place.

Lots of different daily specials from meat lover variety to vegetarian cuisine. Plate sizes will not leave you hungry. Recommend that you call ahead for your orders as they can be very busy.

Chicken shish kebab is excellent. The 3 meat combo is a little expensive at just under $15, but there are plenty of other dishes. There aren't a lot of tables so you might have to take out.

The food is okay, but their service can improve. The ladies taking care of the front seems miserable and moody.
