Parked at Sultan Parking Vodafone Central Level 3 from 6.45 a.m. to 1.45 p.m. as my wife had to do an operation in Hobart hospital. We checked the sign and it said maximum $30.00 for all day parking. We parked in a spot that was NOT for reserve parking. When we paid we were charged $50.00 - then I knocked on the office door to enquire why the extra charge but there was no one there. Looking now at all the previous one star reviews it's obvious these guys are running a scam and should be investigated by the appropriate government authorities.

Most of these reviews make it seem a lot worse than it is. Parking was fully booked at my hotel so we parked there overnight from about 3PM until 9:30AM the next day. It cost $19, booking a carpark at the hotel would have been $20. No big deal at all. Read the signs that clearly say which level you can park on and it's fine. Permit zones are clearly marked so it's pretty obvious where you should go!

No problems, worked smoothly, prices clearly signposted. I’m wondering if signage has changed since these unhappy reviews were left? Signage stated first 7 floors not for casual parking, and all of these spaces were marked ‘reserved’. I arrived Friday after midnight and stayed on 8th floor till Sunday evening and paid $48. Would use this service again.

We parked overnight as our accommodation did not offer parking. I was concerned after reading reviews. We were charged $23 so no complaints. If you park on the upper levels through the 2nd boom gate in the casual parking area as signed you will have no dramas. The bottoms levels are reserved for permanent parkers. Central, clean, secure.

Travelers beware! Do not enter these carparks, specially if there are attendants. They charge all day rate even when there is a cheaper rate for under 4 hrs And when I confronted the attendant they wouldn't give my money back. They are running a scam. Never park in Montpellier car park Salamanca square carpar is a much better option

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The gate system they have at Collins Street DOESN'T WORK! Every single day I can't get in or out of the car park I pay good money for because they went with a cheap mobile app gate system. And they NEVER reply to emails and can't be contacted otherwise. They are the absolute worst.

Absolutely scam for tourists. The sign says $4 for 2h but depending on the level you park you will be charged $30. This is not signed anywhere. Go park elsewhere and don’t give these guys your money.

Without any notice such as if you park in the low floor will get a punishment, park in the low floor, they will charge you $50.75/2Hour6mint. It is unacceptable.

Went for early bird parking and there was no space then had to go out and been charged 35 dollars for just 10 minutes in there. Want to give 0 star if i can.

Total rip off.. no proper signs whatsoever about over pricing.. needs proper signs about where you can park. How is this even legal?

Confusing rate Vallet car can block the normal parking at anytime.
