My husband and I who had every piece of financial documentation we needed along with at first was a $700 down payment turned into a $2000 down payment due to a tax amendment we'd be receiving within the next 3 weeks were turned away by Michael Lopez because we believe we were not happy with purchasing a 2010 Toyota Prius that had been involved in what he described to us as a minor accident. When we first went to suncity motors we went with a referral from friends that spoke highly of him and his business practices and although apprehensive about the Prius were willing to test drive it except they couldn't find the vehicle. About 45 minutes later they told us that the guys working for them had been using the vehicle for business purposes due to it's stellar gas mileage and we could return on Monday for a test drive. Monday came we called and the Prius was still unavailable. Tuesday we go in with all the paperwork requested that we bring and when it came time to see the Prius we were told after over a half hour when they were closing the lot that it had been driven down to Roswell and would be a few days until it and the associate driving it would be back and were again turned away. My advice to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle go someplace else. Anywhere has to be better than these folks that put personality over professionalism.

Super shady! I liked a car there and they wanted to run my credit to see if I could afford it. They told me I could, let me test drive it. It was making a knocking noise, the check engine light was on, CD player didn't work. When I went back inside, they still wanted to sell it to me, except I would owe them an extra $2000 that was never mentioned before! They also said not to worry about the check engine light because " oh we can have that off by tomorrow". Not very reassuring! I went up the street to Outwest Auto Corral & had a great experience. Later that day I kept getting texts from the salesman from Sun City asking if I was gonna buy the car. Then when I finally responded wanted to know why I didn't buy the car like it was something personal! This is the only business that has inspired me to write a one star review.

I bought a vehicle their cash which was a good deal. It was a Christmas gift to my daughter she went and got the oil change on it after a month later they told her the oil is leaking but they don't know from where so now to take it back to the dealer and let's see what kind of service through fuel because the day I bought it December 4th 2017 they kind of gave me a run around on it because some things were not fixed. So make sure you test the car and test everything because I did check and test the vehicle but a month later something goes wrong..

Would not recommend this place, especially for younger people looking for a car! They won’t take you serious as a buyer, won’t let you test drive unless you put an application and the whole time they’re running the application they will be talking negatively about you in another room saying how you are only doing this to test drive the vehicle, and overall just treat you in a disrespectful manner. Ended up taking my business to Unique Motorsports and purchasing a car there where I was treated fairly, and with respect!

Avoid this place at all costs. Went to look at a Jeep I saw online, had to go in cans find someone to show me the car. They wanted to run my credit really bad. ArAft going through the whole process with 4k down on a 15k car they all of a sudden couldn't sell it to me. Definitely wouldn't trust them when they say 1500 down. Something sketchy is going on there! Their loss I went up the street and purchased a newer car and ended up spending more money than I had planned.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Don't come here unless you want a car that will break down a day after you leave. Manager is so unprofessional. Talked about the salesman that showed us a couple vehicles. Telling all his business saying how he doesn't make sales, and doesn't know how to communicate. I believe none of that was our business. Being he was great to us and we voiced that.

Started of good then never got a call back and nothing but run around to get my plate never replaced my oil pan gasket they ordered 30 dollar gasket months ago never called me back truck ended up needing alot of work check your car or truck or suv if you decide to buy a vehicle from them

A waste of time and they knew they weren't gonna work with us. All they did was drop my credit score and sent us away disappointed. Im glad they did, because we never would have met JRod @Jrod motors. And we definitely wouldn't have gotten this.

Nice guys but just havnt been able to come to a deal on a few different rides they have through the years. Probably my fault but i always try to get a better deal for cash

Showed up to the lot not one single person came out to help us...lost an opportunity to sale a vehicle. There loss not mine, I'll take my money elsewhere
