I got two cupcakes. The girl wrapped them up in cling wrap so tight that the icing came off. The icing was so soft. Why did she do this? I ended up having to pay for them. Took them home and they tasted awful. No longer looked pretty...tasted terrible. Threw them away. Also...if you are going to have a bakery serving Australian customers...learn to speak a English!! Then you might understand when someone tells you not to wrap the cupcakes up because the icing is too soft. I hate this place.

They are different culture, so sometimes we dont understand eachother, but they have good qualiry bakery products. I reccormend for anyone
