These jewelers used a POCKET KNIFE on my fathers vintage movado watch that was in perfect condition. He brought the watch in to have a battery replaced and they tried using a pocket knife to pick the back off. The sides and back of my fathers watch is TERRIBLY scratched with indentations now.
