I don’t really understand all the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here for years and the receptionists are list anywhere else, they look busy, get to you and ask some basic questions, you sit for a bit and get to see the doc. I’ve been to three of the four docs and they’re all helpful. I can see why people are frustrated about the hours of operation, but how is that possibly worthy of a 1-star review? It’s mostly a minor inconvenience. I’ve always had good experiences, but for anyone truly affected by the hours, maybe discuss it with the staff or the owners Well Health

Don't recommend going to this clinic! They stuff you around so much! The receptionist doesn't know how to book appointments. Even though we had paper confirmation from them on the appointment time he booked in their system at a different time and then booked one when the Dr wasn't in that day so he took time off work on 3 different occasions and still hasn't seen the Dr!!!! Need better trained staff and people who know how to do their job properly

I am the mother of a patient at this clinic. I wanted to leave a message with my son’s doctor this morning but the receptionist put me on hold for a very long time so I called back and she hung up on me. I called back on our landline thinking that the number would come up with their patients name attached but again I had no luck getting through. I must have tried calling them 6 or 7 times. I am encouraging my son to find a better clinic.

I've been a long time(32 years) patient at this office with DR STAHL and since he has retired...this office seems to be getting worst....to even speak to front desk I've waited over 25+ minutes to even talk to someone at the front desk. Even had my pharmacy fax 2 times over my prescription to get it filled and now waiting again on the phone to see why they haven't even faxed it back....now day 5 of no fax!

Family member was asked to book a follow up appointment, not given correct details to book online and when trying to call, was on hold for over 2 hours, only to then be cut off before speaking to anyone. They are impossible to contact.

Always closes before the advertised hours. Misleading people like that is annoying. Cannot trust this place. Keeps closing early or the day it is supposed to be opened. Might as well close shop for good if this keeps up. Seriously.

Checked online and the website, google and medimap said they were open at 9am. There is a lineup outside and no staff inside. Nothing like being sick lined up outside a clinic that has the wrong hours posted.

Excellent doctors and staff. Helped my family for years, this is maybe why they sometimes have to close early, because of being so excellent...with thanks and appreciation

The phone lines are always switched off, tried reaching them numerous times over the past 2 weeks and it says they can't be reached. Useless!

Stop closing before your advertised hours! Twice now I've been before 8pm after work and you've been shut... Very frustrating

They have just been super reliable and helpful. I don't know what more I would want from a walk-in. Thanks everyone!
