It's my first time to go to Sunuba. I went yesterday after I did some enquiries through WhatsApp. I finally decided to do Basic skin glow for facial and Thai massage. Both services were under the 15% discount since Eid is coming. Different discounts given according to your total amount. When I reached the place, it's guarded from outside and can clearly see ONLY LADIES. So I went inside to the reception area and told them about the services I need. Well there were other customers accommodated even if I came earlier than them so I was thinking I'll be on the bottom list and I have to wait longer. But to my surprise no. After I did the payment and waiting for my turn, it took only for about 5-10mins I was called. I was taken to the locker room and then to the skin treatment section. While going to this area, you'll come across on their other services which are organized by section. So it's very clear where you have to go to have the service you need. It was my first time to do facial. I've been going out under sun the recently so I decided to go for it. They are using Janssen products as shown by the lady to me. They initial application that she did to me was kind of itchy on the face but has a cooling sensation and strong smell. So I was feeling uncomfortable with it. She told me it should sit around 10-15mins but because I was feeling uncomfortable she removed it sooner. Then the rest of the steps were fine after that. It also includes a little bit of shoulder, arm and back massage. By the way, you have to change your clothes inside the cubicle itself only. A strong smell of chemical sort can be expected once you reach this area. Most probably because of the products used. I went for the massage after that. Huma attended me for this. I didn't wait long also for this service. Just within 5mins I went to the massage room. Massage was done great! I wasn't expecting it that way but it was a relief that it was. Staffs are very accommodating all in all. Place is overall good with organized system. It's highly recommended. P. S. Just what I was thinking why they allowed kids even in the massage room and even in the salon itself when they have a rule that kids and attendants are not allowed.

Coming from UK and trying out new places to see which one suits me well....Went there today.... And not great experience! Room was so cold , I hate having facials and treatments in cold unwelcoming rooms! So I had facial, mani and pedi all together since I was short for time... They did all that while laying on a massage bed so the padi was really uncomfortable with feet being lifted up and scrubed on, while your laying down! I have had all 3 done before in other places with great experience but this was like whatever work! the girl doing the padi was not interested she was doing her job as if she had been forced ... She did not do a great job so I had to ask for my feet to be scrubed again to remove dry skin. Facial lady kept getting all the products in my eyes! Seriously guys when you do facials you don't put all these creams on the eyes! I had to take cream bits from inside my eyes. Anyways it wasn't great... The treatment areas should always be warm and comfortable! Very disappointed with their work. Eyeshadow were done very good

Outstanding results of haircuts and facial I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the incredible facial service and massage. Huma did fantastic job. The facial treatment itself was nothing short of outstanding. The products used were of the highest quality, and the aesthetician displayed a deep understanding of my skin's needs. The techniques employed were both gentle and effective, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, nourished, and noticeably glowing. I truly appreciated the thoroughness and precision with which the treatment was performed. Additionally, I cannot praise enough the massage that accompanied the facial. The masseuse's skilled hands worked wonders on my tense muscles, providing a deeply relaxing experience. The combination of the facial and massage was a perfect blend of luxury and therapeutic benefits, creating a truly holistic and enjoyable session.

Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are also acceptable. Clean and comfortable salon. I really appreciated the coffee, chai offer! Pedicure was ok. I had to tell the girl to scrub the feet correctly because it was not soft yet. Hair cut was also ok, just didn't like the ungentleness while grabbing my hair. BUT the facial with "dermalogica" was terrible. It felt like as if the lady was pulling away my skin with layers of products, even on the eyes, which burnt also a bit. They call it cleansing I guess. At the end the lady put on tinted sunblocker with shiny sparkles in it on my face. I'm not used to tinted Creams. After treatment my skin was dry and I had to use moisturizing Creams and masks at home to "recover". I don't recommend their facial because I think it'll damage your skin more. Better do a sugar scrub at home and moisturize well, that's better option. I won't go again.

So I went here after recommendation. I had a mani pedi which was amazing and probably one of the best I have had so far, however my experience with eyebrow threading was awful. I could have left the salon in tears, the lady did not listen to my request - I asked for a tidy up only and not to make a line as that’s not my style instead she left me with a line and then after that rather than apologise she kept trying ti justify herself, altho they could not correct this they offered no apology! Honestly I feel sick every time I look in the mirror at my eyebrows! However the mani pedi lady was too good - she has left my feet feeling like baby skin. However the lady who did my eyebrow threading has ruined my trip to Pakistan as I will look like an idiot throughout my remaining days here until my eyebrows grow back!!!!

As their Google information said they do eyebrow threading I called this business 5 times this morning to make an appointment between 10:32am and 10:36am from two separate numbers. The woman repeatedly rudely hung up on me so I took an Uber all the way to the business and the security guards stated it was a women-only business. I asked if they could call inside for a recommendation of where I could go yet the guards refused to assist but they kept asking which country I was from. Annoying. Very unprofessional business practices that I cannot recommendation to anyone.

Went for a full body massage and my mother for a complete facial and mani-pedi (manicure pedicure) package. It was an absolutely relaxing and amazing spa day at Sunuba Spa. The staff, the aesthetics and ambiance would want you to opt for more services. My massage therapist Ms. Nazia was an absolute joy and very professional. I highly recommend booking your massage with her. For manicure pedicure all their staff is equally professionally trained.

Do NOT go for the lash lift from this business. My daughter has been in pain all day, eyes swollen and red. She can hardly see. The woman doing this procedure didn't take care of her eyes while applying the treatment. Also when she was finished, only one sides lashes were lifted while the other eye needed more time . She applied the treatment TWICE. SubhanAllah. My daughter is regretting her decision.

The best spa experience ive ever had! I loved how professional their staff and environment was, with so many different types of spas that suit your slin! the best thing was that they had a head consultant for each department. And not only spa, they also have hair care, nail care, full body care and all kinds of make ups! Just what a saloon is supposed to have! This sallon is just flawless

I had my wedding makeup treatment here.It was amazing I don’t go to any other parlour now.Its the best.Many girls who saw me as bride want to get ready from there too.relaxing treatment of mani padi was great.They gave me completely deferent look. Bueatify every feature hide everything needed to b covered .I can’t forget that wonderful experience ever.kind staff ,good atmosphere,etc.

I had a great expereince here today, i went for Dr Derma pedicure, my attendant was alisha, she was very professional, and quite humble, Than i had a back massage from Isbah, she was quite trained profeesional too, massaged on pressure points, i really wish it was more than 15 minutes , Overall very good experience, and ambience is awesome, Highly Recommended!!!!

Make up was perfect…right according to our requirements…hair styling was excellent…it remained the same in the whole 6 hour function…the staff put the best effort in hairstyles as we showed them pictures from Pinterest…the only thing was the shortage of staff which took a little more time than what we expected Their skin treatments and massages are one of the best in town

My wife loves this spa. She is always a happier person after her services here. Sometimes I cannot even deem she is the same person who stepped in. She is a much more relaxed person wholly. They turn monsters back into humans. Men should really take their wives there when they are angry. Do say a little prayer for me after following my suggestion. Thanks a ton.

Highly NOT recommended for haircuts. Visited johar town branch for angular bobcut and they just destroyed my hairs. Although they gave 100% refund and apologised so much, it’s not gonna give me my hairs back and I’ve to wander with this disaster haircut. I cannot even get it settled from anywhere else before 3-4 months when hairs grow a bit.

The salon badly needs an efficient floor manager and some more hair experts, they dont know how to handle things during peak hours. My hair expert left me hanging in between multiple times, and during styling she disappeard, i waited for 15 mins, then ultimately left and no one asked if i had any issue or not. Very lousy management

Lovely Salon with nice and trained Staff. Went there with my sisters and Cousin and although we got a bit late for pur appointment they still accodated us and carried out all the Service properly. They had to close a bit late, but did ensure we all were satisfied. Will surely come again when I come back to Lahore. Thanks

Came here for a head and neck massage. My attendant was Isbah. She was very professional and knew the pressure points. I came because of frequent headaches and my muscles were very stiff and felt relieved after the massage. Overall ambiance was very nice and staff was friendly
