I used to always love shopping at Superbarn ,except for a pretty upsetting experience two weeks ago.I had a full trolley and when i approach the first register, the young girl told me i could go to the checkout next to her,she had no one on hers so i’m guessing she didn’t want to do a full trolley .I started to unload my groceries and the girl said to me ,you will need to push them down as the conveyer belt is not working .The girl that had told me to go to this register was leaning on hers ,chewing gum with a smirk on her face then started laughing whilst looking at me and talking to the girl serving me.This went on for quite awhile until i then said something and questioned the behaviour. They both went quite with the first girl leaving her register. The one serving me then tried to defend the first girl saying she was telling her to hurry up.I did however say i don’t appreciate someone standing there chewing gum and laughing and talking whilst looking directly at me.I have never had an issue before and this behaviour was appalling . Does this happen often,do they do it especially to the older vulnerable customers ,maybe they didn’t think i was going to speak up.I’m certainly not taking this rubbish from someone who thinks they are smart and obviously not.If your going to act this way ,you can then stay and defend your actions and not run away. Pathetic putrid customer service.

I love this store. I go more than three times a week. Supabarn has great products, fruit and veg. Staff are always polite, helpful and very friendly, but today I had two staff members gossip about my appearance. I don't know her name but she has long blonde hair, maybe in her late 30'smost days she looks and acts like she doesn't want to be there. I walked out of supabarn not feeling the best. I don't shop there to be talked about. People like her make that shore ugly. I will not be shopping there again. It's sad that just one staff member can cost the store money just by making a rude remark.

Lovely looking store wide isles and clean great music playing. Most staff especially the ones on registers are always so friendly and helpful and their Deli is always fresh and very clean and run so well so worth a visit. But the negative for me is the amount of items on shelves that are out of date are happening more lately so always check dates. This very rarely happens in other big name supermarkets. Also they don't replace items quicky .. empty shelves e.g. dijon mustard Latina lasanga sheets for nearly 2 weeks etc so have to shop elsewhere. Parking underneath is a plus and so convenient.

Quite nice atmosphere. One issue. I ask for all my groceries to be placed into a single plastic bag, and if they didn't fit I would carry the rest. (I usually bring a bag but on this day I wasn't expecting to shop) The cashier, although a very nice lady, says to me that they don't charge for bags, and not to worry. Again I ask for one bag, saying I was just trying to use less plastic. I end up leaving with three plastic bags that are each barely full. Not sending an eco friendly message here

I've been twice to Supabarn and the young (20 something) ladies are very rude and sarcastic. They are the ones with fake eyelashes. The first time was a sarcastic comment when I asked about my filled bag which was on the floor. I wasn't sure if it was full. The second time two ladies laughed at me (from the next checkout) because I was looking into space. I don't understand why they have to displace their anger and boredom onto customers. Find another job!!!

I choose to shop at the super barn for the following reasons . They carry a range of Greek Products that Coles etc do not have as part of their range. Service is good ,shelves are well stocked ,fuggly fruit is good concept ! Parking is a big plus as it is under cover !!! Prices vary some items are priced heigh others are comparable and some specials are good value ! Like the Super Barn Loyalty card and the monthly discount day even though I always miss it !

The service this place is now dependant of the mood of the staff who seem to favour serving a certain type clientele whilst ignoring others. The mature cashier refused to cannel the sales and redi it with my loyalty card and her attitude was that of contempt. And they are not the cheapest in the area only go there as they in walking distance.Rang their head office who promised me that the store manager will call. Also their staffing level is not good.

Wonderful little supermarket with good free easy parking under the building. They stock all the essentials that you would expect to find at a super market but its the gourmet extras that make this supermarket a well needed addition to the southern skyline. Also keep an eye out for their specials. They do great seafood and butchery specials and their every day prices aren't bad too.

Usually the customer service staff are excellent.Yet social distancing rules have not reached this store. Yes! staff face very difficult times and coping with the public can be very frustrating.I find hurrying customers through the registers when previous customers haven't packed their bags with their purchases is not ideal .Hopefully this will improve.

Every time I buy diced beef from here The taste is perfect. Even my husband when eating cooked meat can distinguish without knowing where I’ve bought it from. Also the quality of the fruits are unbeatable. Price on fruits even better than coles in Ramsgate with better quality ! The smell of the bakery is very tempting. Thank you supa barn.

Customers beware getting charged more at the cashier than what is advertised on the shelf. This has happened more than a few times now with a few items at a time each visit. We have been shopping here for some years but this is the final time, this is false advertising better off going to the bigger chain supermarkets....more trustworthy

Best supermarket in the local area. High quality food. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Well organised. Spacious. Gourmet items. Not much quality around these suburbs so this is a must place when you are after specific groceries and food for cooking healthy meals. There is parking in the centre and also other local shops around it too.

  • Hans Klos

Love the range and many of the products. BUT the place is really disorganised. Since they moved things around it got even worse. I tried to find cottage cheese today and failed. It was not next to yoghurt, not next to milk or cheese. Wouldn't even dream about finding the pate (I know where it used to be though).

  • Maurice Kostopoulos

This place is well stocked with a huge variety of food and easy parking underneath. Just moved into the area and it’s a gem even if a little more expensive than its competitors. My only gripe is if the check out girls were any slower they’d be in reverse. Maybe a 12 items or less lane would speed things up.

  • Niko

We love the conviniance, good variety of products, staff are great.....BUT, the Achilles heel is the fruit and veg section, please get better quality F&V! Happy to pay a little more for it if need be - just look at how much your throwing out each week surely that’s a sign something needs to be done there!

  • Maybeline Gourlas

Food are fresh and great variety that you cant find it at other supermarket. The downside is quite a number of their items are so much more expensive than coles and woolworths. Will go there when you are holding a function at home and wants top quality serving for your guys from cheese to cold cut meat.

  • M Chan

Lovely store. Neat and relaxing environment to shop. My mom go there everyday! The cashiers people are all lovely and helpful. Took one star out as sometime expired markdown items are left on selve. Not looking good. Other than that, good customer service and great place for my mom to relax.

  • CZ 20

It has a large variety of foods. The staff are lovely. It’s convenient. It’s more expensive than shopping at Coles or Woolies for the same products. It’s corner shop prices, unless the product you want is included in one of their specials which then matches the supermarket chain prices.

  • Clare McMullan

I really feel so lucky to have this Supabarn so close ... fabulous range of products, great opening hours, friendly staff and good quality fruit & veg (unlike the rubbish sold in the Big two). They have a great range of gluten free and health lines, and a fantastic continental deli.

  • Elton Morales

A great place to shop complete with underground parking. Superbarn has an in-house deli, fresh seafood, bakery and butcher. Prices are aligned with your local IGA however there are always specials. Smiling faces and a clean and organised supermarket. Trades 7 days a week till 10pm.

  • Nga-Lai Yuen

Stocks range of grocery items of other ethnicities that aren't stocked by the big supers, has good specials on fresh goods, good range of meats and specials, makes it's own flat bread (YUM!) and comparable pricing to the big supers. Miss the free ice cream for the kids tho...

  • N Carter

Great spacious isles and lots of organic produce you can bag yourself. Fresh made Peanut Butter, Orange Juicer on site. Olive Bar and many different new concepts. Always a quick checkout. 1st Thursday of the month you can get 10%off entire shop if you join the rewards scheme.

  • Pamela christie

Just had the trim lamb cutlets for dinner. Marinated them and then under the grill for a few minutes each side. Could hardly get a steak knife through the cutlet. So very very tough. I will go back to the shop tomorrow and speak to the manager. Thank god for dental floss.

  • Lachlan Fordham

Some good products but some high prices. Stock availability can be poor, and when a staff member was notified of out of date products I was told that “he’d still eat it” and he did not take any out of date products off of the shelf or make any attempt at an apology.

  • Brandon

Easy parking, way better fresh produce than the usual Coles and Woolies, larger selection of products but also slightly more expensive. Good option of "ugly" fruit and vegetables and less plastic. Good deli and meats as well. Very friendly staff as well.

  • Maria Vlandis

It's my favorite super market !!Good quality fruits and vegetables and the meat it's very good The service it's very nice and the girls very friendly !!Like the variety of products Some times little more expensive but find everything I want

  • Millie Munnelly

When this store first opened it was brilliant. Three yrs on & it's utterly dreadful. The fruit & veg is of such a low quality. It used to be great nowadays you couldn't pay me to eat it. My husband picked up a bag of carrots this week and

  • Anna Jager

Really good and interesting supermarket. Very clean and well organised. The staff are friendly and when asked where a product was, happy to take you there and show you. Undercover parking, travelator, lift and other shops in the complex.

  • alana white

Second time I’ve been to this store and a number of items are out of date. Yesterday I went to the store and bought a packet of ham not looking at the expiry date and it was best before the 25th of December 2022 - it is now the 16th of

  • iysh ivanova

Everything is amazing here except one thing!!! recently for last 3 months I've noticed the special tickets do not match the checkout prices at all and not just one thing and not just one time.. from coffee to wash liquid and I end up

  • Ian Stark

Lovely staff... but very frustrating trying to locate the same items eg: bread etc in opposite locations of the store.. and now even worse with the renovations.. why?obviously the manager and owners dont shop there.. but nice staff.

  • Cat Sydney

AVOID their ridiculously overpriced, dry, poor quality cakes and pastries. Unless you go up the other end of the store and buy the happy muffin co blueberry muffins. If you need cake, go to Bonnie’s and get a lamington with cream.

  • Indigo Blue

Love the layout and wide aisles here. I think Coles has bought you out, but please do not change! Enough with coles and woolies! I don't want to see more of their own branded products, we need to support Australian name brands.

  • Zelepher

As a Local Shire Member, absolutely great supermarket. They have nearly every thing you could ever need in one place. Great prices and always very clean. Plus they are next to many other shops, a very coinvent location.

  • Naresh Parshotam

Very handy for me. I frequent Supabarn 2-3 times a week. Got most of the everyday items but I still need to go elsewhere as not all items are stocked. Could also increase their range of Asian products.

  • Sian Bowen

Better shopping experience than most supermarkets. Appreciate that there’s no self service option, so you actually experience some form of customer service, But word to the wise, check use by dates.

  • Rodrigo Pereira

One of the best local supermarkets in Sydney. Fantastic range of fresh products including top quality fruits, veggies, meat, bread, etc. Friendly staff team, clean, well organised and easy to park.

  • Jim Jims

Attended the Sans Souci store on two occasions to purchase one of the their catalogue special items “premium rolled leg ham”. On both occasions I was told that they have run out. Bad management...!

  • Da T

would be good to have a self checkout counter. Constantly been charge on a higher price/ different products. (happens both in morning with little customer and around afternoon with long queues)

  • Tommy Sailing

Best supermarket in the St George region. Competitive prices, good service, and has great product range, including some of those naff 'Woolworths exclusives'. Supabarn deserves your business!

  • Zena Fakhreddine

My husband just bought a carton of eggs.. went to cook some and green liquid came out of the eggs. Literally bright green off salmonella poison eggs. Thanks for stinking my entire house!!

  • Jacque Tong

Was advertised as this but they did not admit to their mistake (8 x 300 gms) and said I could get only 1 for $12.99. Short expiry too. It’s FALSE advertising!!! Spoke to Manager ADRIAN!

  • michele lee

Supabarn, more like supa expensive barn!! Ridiculous. They charge almost double on every common product you would find at Coles or Woolworths. They also have a scarce amount of variety.

  • Sabrina Ferguson

Do not purchase the Pork Medallions..They r as tough as old boots..Aldi Pork Medallions run rings around the Superbarn Pork Medallions..Will drive that extra distance next time❗️ …
