Never thought that I would find myself rating a laundromat but when the local branch of this at Mitcham closed down I couldn't find another that was anywhere near as good. The place is modern, clean and tidy, and the machines are the best I've used. They are modern with a range of sizes so there's always the right one for what you want. They are usually all working and they have the widest range of wash cycles that I've seen. They include cycles that add the prewash, detergent and softener for you so you don't need to take your own. Oh, and there's a hotel and a couple of coffee shops across the road while you wait. Keep on washin' dudes :-)

In shock at how terrible my experience here was. The lady whose purpose was to 'assist you' was unbelievably rude and spoke to me like I was an absolute idiot because I had never used a laundromat before and didn't know first hand how to use their pre loaded payment cards. She was so unhelpful and actually ROLLED HER EYES at me when I expressed my confusion and requested her help. Way too rude.

Super expensive as you have to buy a card to charge up and use the machine. The card costs $5 and then you have to put credit on it! A simple 'I will quickly pop to the laundromat to dry this doona cover' cost me $7! Rip off!

The dryers are frequently broken and I have lost money several times using the paywave system when the dryer wasn't actually working. Stay away if you need to get your clothes dried.

Customer service is very bad and personal is mannerless. The place is dirty and needs a facelift. Machines are small, expensive and broken. I do recommend to go anywhere else.

Not set up well for casual use, only for locals that want a reward card system. It's also twice as expensive as the laundromats I'm used to.

Been attending this place for about 22 years alot cleaner than other laundrettes and most machines work ok

It has recently been taken over. Great Machines, Very Clean and helpful advice from attendant.

Half the place is broke and this place opens late not 6 am and closes early not 10pm ???

Good experience, many machines ready to use,card or cash payments were available.

Can't go wrong, machines work great, always one available, clean...

Load dries quickly for a couple of bucks. Accepts card. Easy as.

Many dryers seemed out of service. $1.75 for 10 minutes.
