The last two nights I've gone into there to buy some small bits I have been over charged. Today how ever was ridiculous I bought a juice drink which had the price of £1.29 and small green rizla the total when I checked my bank app was £3.39!!!! That means they've charged £2.10 for small green rizla which at most I've paid 70p for!!! This is ridiculous! They've done this multiple times and to multiple people they dont read out the price they just hold the card machine out ...with a smirk on there face. Yesterday I was charged £1.80 extra for things that came to £5.20. I've put forward a complaint to trading standards because this is unacceptable!!! I will happily walk up the road to best-one by the station not only decent price and practice but good customer service! I've lived here for years and avoid this shop usually but I just could be bothered to do the 5 minute walk...which literally cost me! I believe they do this because they can get away with it with drunk people from the bars next to them but times are tough for everyone and to do these shoddy practices is just atrocious!!!!

This shop will report to police as because the price increase is every product is cost at least 200% more in this shop tan other The owner thinks Putney is like Chelsea 1 pack of hubs hubs chew gum 1.30 regular price shop is 60 pence imagine the rest of items If you have the chance walk pass this shop

What a joke of a business. I go in to buy a 50p box of matches, give them a fiver and am told I can't pay by cash as it has to be a minimum two pound spend. Excuse me?! I then said 'ok I'll pay by card then' to which they reply the same thing. Hilariously incompetent and rude. Just walk on by.

50-150% more expensive for products, especially alcohol than everywhere else. Should be investigated for price gouging. £3.99 for a gin and tonic can where everywhere else is £1.89

Need investigating! No prices on items.. they make it up as the go along.. staff were also extremely rude and lack basic manners. Won't be visiting ever again.
