I was washing one day and ran out of time needed to go to work a lady that works there offer me their service they have there to wash your stuff I told her I already wash my clothes just needed to dry she said that's fine I'll dry them for you come pick up in the morning I asked how much is going to cost me she told me no more than $10 dlls. .the next day I come in another lady was there couldn't even understand her I believe she was from iraq,or Russian something like that anyways she was super rude,disrespectful she pulled my clothes from the dirty back and charged me $47 dlls... I asked why so much if the lady from yesterday said she was going to get them out of the dryer for me only.. I paid for the wash,I pay for the dryer you are charging me $47 dollars for what she said very rudely if you can't afford you should've never brought them I explain once again that the lady working there yesterday offer to get my clothes out of dryer because I had to go to work she said it will cost me $10 dollars..anyways rip offs never again plus washers stink

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Be aware of the lady from Iran! (If you don’t believe me read all the comments about her) She is extremely RUDE, she doesn’t know how to run a business honestly. First time she wanted me to use a washer that didn’t fit my needs, a more expensive one to be exact! When my clothes totally fitted on the one was using so I had to go from $4.50 to an $8.00 machine!!! …. Anyway… I decided to give this place a second chance.. then this happened….. I was cleaning an accessory with a wet paper towel, she got furious and yelled at me saying that this is laundry not a car wash !!! I was doing laundry stupid!!!! I was just cleaning a small window shade with a paper towel! After that another customer that saw her behavior towards me came to me also complaint saying that she has mood swings and that is not the first time she treats customers like that!! Someone needs to report her. By the way she is so bipolar that at first she will treat you like king and later like a trash. Very hypocrite.

This is NOT the nearest laundromat to my place of business, but I prefer to drive a few extra miles and utilize this well-managed business. There are single- and multi-load washing machines. And all of them appear clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. There are two walls of dryers which provide 8 minutes of drying time for 25 cents (true as of April 2019). Other laundromats in the vicinity give 4 minutes for 25 cents. There are lots of square feet of laundry folding counter-top surface. The staff is cheerful and friendly. There are laundry products for sale in the office, although I'm not sure what time that opens or closes. I know it's not open when the laundry opens at 6:00 AM. There is a soda machine, a snack machine, and a video game for those with extra quarters. The other customers are polite while also keeping to themselves. But I recommend avoiding on Sunday's - those sweet little abuelas can be a bit territorial about which machines , baskets, and laundry folding surfaces they prefer.

The first time, and I already had a bad experience with the lady who cleans at night, she gives people attitude the minute you walk in. That night, she was cleaning, and I felt like she didn't want anyone to touch the machines cus she had already cleaned them. I think her job is to keep the place clean, not to give a customer attitude if she doesn't want the machines to be used then close the place Don't offer the service to the public. Even though the place is in a very convenient area, I'm sorry for the business owner but customer satisfaction should be your priority to bring customers to your business i will give the business a second chance and see if the owner will provide better customer service.

The employees are always nice and very respectful but the owner is super rude. She sweeps/mops your feet instead of going around you . Every time I go she sweeps or mops my feet. It’s very rude. She moves your stuff because it’s not where she wants them. She locked us out of the back entrance for no reason. It’s hot and we like to sit outside on their stairs and wait for our clothes to finish drying and she comes out to tell us to either come inside or stay out because she’s going to lock the door, it was around 6pm , nowhere near closing time .

The staff is a bit variable on the weekends the workers seem a little more serious during the week in the evenings it can be hit-and-miss. Good place to do laundry and the machines are fast, your laundry is done in around 25 minutes. Dryers are gigantic and the super machines old wash and a blanket no matter how thick with room to spare.

This is my local laundromat while I'm staying in my temporary place. Lots of different sized machines. Easy going customers and staff is helpful. Machines are clean and well looked after . Parking is kind of tough when its very busy. They offer laundry service for $1.10 per pound.

Righteously, one affordable clean, safe! Laundrymat. Plenty of elbow room and laudry carts to go around. Civilized employees who are helpful and kind...to everyone with the utmost respects. But most importantly all...the beautiful Mexican Women who go there and do laundry. YOWZA!

I was very impressed with how quickly and affordable the service was for my laundry! I was welcomed and assisted by Naz. She is friendly, kind and welcoming. Called me promptly when my laundry was ready. Highly recommend this place for laundry services.

They do laundry dry & fold BUT I would not recommend. It took them 48 hours because they lost all my items. The lady with glasses seemed rude that day but wasn’t sure until the day I came back. She didn’t apologize or fix the problem she

After 30 min drying my clothes they were completely wet. I tried to talk with the lady and she didn't even try to help me out. Literally, I had to take my clothes to another laundry to dry them. Shame on this place

This laundry mat is open and clean and the staff is very friendly. Starts off at 2.75 for a load and there are a lot of open washers and dryers, and they play good music. Will definitely return!

Very expensive to wash here, i usually wash and dry with only $20 dollars, here took me almost 30 dlls, washers only do one wash and very little water on washer machine, poor experience

Amazing service here. They do a good job on wash and fold at a good price. The owner remembered my name after only a few visits and now I just drop my laundry off in a snap.

More expensive than other Super Wash & Dry in the SD area. Place is not very well maintained, dirty, machines broken. Dryers only give you 5 MINUTES per quarter! -.-

I recently moved to a different area of town let's just say near san Carlos/ Santee could not find a laundry mat anywhere So i appreciate super wash even more.

Worst experience they do not supervise the people in there, a woman took away my clothes from the washer and they stole my other clothes from another washer.

The owner sweeps your feet and she doesn’t even bother to say excuse me. The girls working there are really nice but that owner needs to learn some manners.

It is clean and has lots of big washers. But no restroom. And a little bit high priced for a coin laundry. 25 cents for every 3 minutes on the big dryers.

Washed and used the dryer. Pretty cheap, 2,75 dollar for a load and 25ct for 7 minutes of drying. Extremely nice customer service!

Clean inside and friendly attendants. Pretty busy all the time but i always find a machine. Coin operated. Parking can be tight.
