Pathetic service!!! They are very unprofessional....they picked up clothes and told to deliver within 4 days....guess what ...they delivered after one month and they asked me to visit shop to distinguish my clothes among other baskets ....and the lady told me that it's my fault that I didn't call her...first and the last time!!!

Nothing much special, they don't bring any bag or something to carry our cloths and they demand a bed sheet to cover our cloths and washing the bedsheet itself will cost you around 250. So better arrange a cover by yourself. Delivery charge is 80 for pickup and drop-off. Overall it is not a great place but OK OK wash only.

The service is good. The base pack starts at 5 kg with 220 Rs. After that subsequent increase of 40-50 Rs. The ironing is not doing be them but they get it ironed from an outside person for RS.5. per cloth. The best part is that you get your clothes after wash next day or surely the second working day.

They have the worst customer services I have seen till now. They missed and item in my laundry and after 2-3 reminders also they didn't wash and delivered. They don't even pay attention to any messages or so and i have to personally visit their store to remind them 2-3 times for my laundry

Pathetic service, not a single stain was removed. Also the shirts got stained with a blue colour, although we had no blue colour bleeding cloth. On confronting the owner about the same, he tried to defend the case saying "Pata nahi kaha se … ज़्यादा

They lost my new tshirt and told me that it was not there only and now after again and again asking for the same they are just ignoring. Pathetic service, delayed service and stains are also not removed. Wastage of time, money and clothes.

The staff is amazingly unprofessional and unpredictable. Time management is a wonder they are still trying to figure out. Clothes get lost more easily than an elephant in a room. Extremely poor experience.

An oasis! Great service, fast and good price - honest local neighborhood joint. We dropped our laundry, went for lunch and it was finished and folded when we came back 1.5 hour turn around

They lost almost 9 of my clothes all in all worth rs 15k. Please do not try this laundry if you value your clothes. You will only receive half of your clothes back if you try this laundry.

Good quality washing and friendly staff I would recommend everyone a visit...they offer cleaning of clothes at best prices...they have good reasonable packages for people who are regular
