What would have become a harrowing house shifting experience, Chris and his team made sure was done smoothly and with ease. My request for shifting was unique as I was not present at both the Collection and Delivery address. Chris had to communicate with the concierges at both ends. He took up full responsibility and made sure, it was done very professionally. He was available all the time while shifting, on phone calls and even Zoom calls to make sure he didn't leave anything behind. The main thing that I liked about Chris and for which I would give him a five star rating is that he communicates with you direct. There are no endless waits on phone lines, no transfers to different people in different departments and no automated, machine generated emails. The buck stops with him and he responds in little or no time. Chris was given only a short notice to get this organised and I was amazed at the efficient way with which we handled the whole situation right from the word go. I had struck a deal initially with another moving company giving them ample time to organise. Since nobody turned up at the collection address even 3 hours after the promised time, I called them up and after 4 such international phone calls, holding the line for close to one hour, and after talking to different people in different departments, they managed to find out that their van had a break down. The solution, either cancel the booking with full refund (they were magnanimous enough not to charge me for the amendment, believe me they pointed that out) or reschedule to a date after one week. It was against this backdrop that I had contacted Chris and I was indeed skeptical. But understanding my situation since I was coordinating from outside the country, he made me feel comfortable and handled the job with finesse and ease. I sent him initially a video of the apartment and an inventory list. Within a couple of hours, I got the quote. I agreed to the quote and we decided on a time over phone and the next minute, I get the confirmation mail. On the day of the job, on the dot at the agreed time he was there at the apartment. It all went exactly as planned that it was simply “Superb”. I would recommend him any day with full rating.

Superb Moves were wonderful in helping me pack, store, and move my belongings. I was on the other side of the country, unwell, and so unable to move out of my accommodation myself though my contract was about to end. I spoke to several moving companies, and though I was able to find others who could pack, move, and store my belongings, none of them were as professional in their responses as Chris. As I was unable to be there, I needed a company I could rely on. I found removals services that were cheaper - but for the efficiency, the trust, and the professionalism that Superb Moves had I felt so comfortable in choosing them and that safety was priceless to me. Chris was able to organize a move extremely quickly, so that I would be moved out before my contract ended. On the day he arrived early in the morning, exactly on time, and while packing he sent me multiple videos of my room and belongings. He kept me informed throughout the process, asking me questions through messages to make sure everything was covered. They completed the packing and the move, and then stored my belongings for two weeks before I was able to find a new place. As soon as I knew I was able to receive my belongings I let Chris know, and he was able to arrange for my boxes to be delivered on my first day of having moved in. This time I was there in person, and the man who delivered my boxes was so lovely but still extremely professional. They were unloaded quickly, everything had been packed so safely and securely and nothing was damaged. What could've been an extremely stressful situation was made so smooth by Superb Moves. They are the best removals company I have used, and I would highly, highly, recommend them.

Chris and team are the best, absolutely no question about it. Moved today 15th March 2018 (started at 8.30am finished at 12.30pm) from a ground floor studio to 2nd floor 1 bedroom flat with no lift and we had A LOT OF THINGS to move. They were on time, very polite, professional, smile on their faces from the start to the end , no complaints whatsoever . Packed everything that was delicate as we asked for partial packing, both Chris and his guy were extremely efficient, superfast and extremely careful about the items. They have dis assembled and assembled our double bed, and also disassembled and assembled the existing bed moved it from one room to another (I didn't actually mention it at the time of quotation, my fault as it slipped my mind ) but they were really nice and did a lot of extra work with a smile) It has been a very easy stress free process right from the time I spoke to Chris for a quote( who is the owner) up to the end. They made it look like a cake walk. I recommend superb moves Chris and his team with 100% confidence and satisfaction as I am absolutely delighted and satisfied with their professional service and worth every penny plus the cost is absolutely 100% value for money no question about it. We hired Superb Moves to move our belongings from our two bed house to a three bed property within London. Chris was very helpful and flexible and we were quoted a very reasonable price for two men and a van. On the day of the move, they turned up promptly and immediately began loading the Luton van. They made incredibly fast work of this and brought along covers for furniture and dust sheets. Unfortunately our completion was delayed several hours but this was no problem, they were happy to wait for us at the new house until everything was completed. Several hours later we were ready and Were very pleased to see that the unloading was also very efficient. They were very happy to put boxes and furniture wherever we wanted. Our large sofa wouldn't fit through the living room door, but this was also no problem. Chris unscrewed one of the sofa arms off to get it in, then re-attached it for us. He even put the sofa feet we’d removed back on himself. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. If we ever move again I will definitely use them again as we received such a fantastic service. Many thanks Chris and team.

Superb Moves were the only moves company that gave a genuine no nonsense quote without extra charges (weekend charge, high floors charge, extra men charge). Excellent communication leading up to move date. Chris and his team arrived promptly, a quick briefing on what needed disassembling and straight to work. Very quickly had most boxes downstairs in the van from a 3rd flr flat. Swiftly took apart our XL bed and XL sofa and loaded in van in no time. Once at destination wasted no time in transferring everything up 5 flights of stairs through a narrow front entrance, and carefully placing boxes and items in rooms marked up or asking politely if unsure. Put together all disassembled furniture in record time, and were finished before we knew it. Altogether a fast and professionally executed move (no broken or lost items), accommodating extra requests like a big fishtank and additional XL mattress without any problems. Have already recommended them to friends and will certainly be using them again if we move again without hesitation.

Superb moves helped with our move from Wimbledon down to Surrey in May - it was the first time we had used a removal company and Chris was so helpful providing us with all the key information in advance and answering all our queries and reassuring us via whatssap ahead of the moving day itself. We were moving out of a small flat and had struggled to find space to pack everything up - on the morning of the move Chris and team arrived really promptly and started clearing the space really quickly, and had brought boxes and packing materials to help us pack the remaining items which was so helpful! They were a really friendly team and really took the stress out of moving day, they took great care with our belonings and also disassembled and reassambled some furniture items for us (and even disconnected and reconnected our washing machine) Highly reccomend them for moving services as they did a great job and went above and beyond (even taking the first photos for us when we arrived at our new home!)

What an absolutely "Superb" Company. Chris and his team were amazing. They managed to clear our flat and packed garage (enough stuff for a 4 bedroom house) within about 3 or so hours. They worked fast and efficiently and nothing was a problem at all. They just got on with the job and were friendly and helpful. We had some issues with our exchange and completion date, so had to put our belongings into storage at the last minute!! Chris took charge (you couldn't write this stuff) but he managed to get us a quotation for Storage and unloaded 2 vans into the storage (48hrs) then we finally moved 2 days later. I moved a month ago - from Putney to Battersea. Someone told us while packing that moving was as stressful as divorce or losing a job. In fact, packing and the run-up was indeed that stressful. On the contrary, in the hands of Superb Moves, on the day the move itself was stress-free. The team showed up on time and needed to make two trips. They disassembled furniture and re-assembled; they put everything where we wanted it in the new house, never complained about the very heavy boxes going up two flights of stairs. They were a calming presence on what could have been a day of immense stress. Superb Moves were excellent from start to finish. I had an urgent, last minute move which Chris organised an immediate quote for the day I needed which was so helpful and reasonably priced. The name of the company explains exactly the quality of the service. They are just incredible! I have moved houses many times and it has always been a torment. This time felt like no challenge at all! Moved from Wanstead to Richmond without a hitch. Supermoves sent a 3-man team and they were rapid but also very careful with moving our belongings to and from the van. We did the packing ourselves (boxes etc) but they had their own covers to secure our sofas from dust and damage. They also had their own tools to dismantle our table which I hadn't expected them to do. The guys took great care with everything, and we're glad we picked them; especially with the mixed reviews from a lot of other moving companies. Top notch movers. Would definitely use them again, no question.

I had such a good and simple experience working with Chris and his team. Chris came and packed the day before and then moved us the next day. We had to be out of our flat by 12pm but that was no problem for him and his team of 3 to complete our 2 bedroom flat by then. After reading the reviews I knew I was in safe hands. From my first conversation until the move was complete Chris was fantastic. They arrived on time and loaded all our belongings. They treated them as if they were there own and not a single thing was damaged. They even bought their own covers to wrap up the bulky items. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving, you will not be disappointed. They are a fantastic company and took the stress off us on what was already a very stressful day.

Really Superb! Superb Moves were great and made what is often a stressful day easy and relaxed. They are professinal, careful, considerate, no-nonsense, hardworking and nothing is too much trouble. We made several stop offs and pick ups and Chris organised it all beautifully. We didnt' use the service but they can also pack up which I think would have been a good idea looking back as I am sure they would have packed much more efficiently than us! I highly recommend them.

Chris and his crew took great care of our belongings while also getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Everything arrived without damage, including a 65" TV (without the original box) and a very expensive harp. We've used Chris and his team 3 times in the last 5 years for full service moves (pack and unpack) all throughout London. Amazingly professional moving company. I was positively suprised on the day how quickly boxes were moved out of the flat, the bed and wardrobe were taken apart and then assembled in the new flat. I can't recommend these guys enough. Chris and his team were impeccable. On time, made quick work of my 2 bed flat, filled with furniture and boxes. They took apart the couch which was too large for the entrance and put it back together at the other end. They made sure all boxes and furniture were in the right rooms before they left. Great quality! Very big van, we managed to fit two flats (2bedroom + 1 bedroom) at once. Also all TV's and other equipment was securely packed.
