Strike 3 the quality of the haircut is hit or miss but mostly miss. I've given them 3 chances today was the last straw. Needed a touch up in a pinch. My barber was closed. Waited 45 min and then with people walking in front of me with no appointments that was the final straw. I don't create a scene I just don't go back. I would rather attempt at cutting my own hair than use this place.

Love the people that work here. Friendly and give good haircuts. Just wish they had better chairs for their shampoo station. I have. I'm pretty young and have no neck or back problems, but the the space behind my back when laying down for the shampoo must be uncomfortable for others. Defeats the purpose of having a tea tree Experience when your neck or back hurts after having one

Honestly was pretty nervous coming in as I had to come to Supercuts as an emergency and because of the stories I had heard about Supercuts. Specified what I wanted to Ana I believe it was and she did a pretty good job. Was a pretty solid haircut and I am not disappointed.

Nice people but a little pushy on the products. Trying to sell me something I said no twice. Take my kid here and he gets a basic haircut and we can walk out happy. I would recommend anyone of the stylist there, they are all pretty good.

Consistant hair cuts, I get there almost every month, weekends are kinda busy but call ahead, or head in around mid day. Usually just round up the cuts to $20 (as cheap/expensive as my 2 year olds at a different place)

The building is starting to show some age and could use a fresh coat of paint and some new molding but the staff there has always been very helpful and they usually do a good job cutting hair.

Put my name down with one person in front of me and still had to wait 1 whole hour to get my haircut. Their system is not efficient for customers who don't have a lot of time on there hands.

Supercuts off Bernal has been my go-to since 2012! Cindy, Helen, Tuyen, Biatrez and the entire team are very friendly and great at what they do. I'd recommend this location to anyone!
