I would advise anyone to avoid dealing with this Pharmacy. My daughter was ill with a painful swelling to her face and the online Doctor who was wonderful sent the prescription to this pharmacy on Saturday 23rd September, the pharmacist said come back Monday despite my daughter visibly needing her prescription. The pharmacist couldn't "work the online system" she shouted all this for all the other shoppers to hear. It took several phone calls and us refusing to move to get her to fill the prescription. A horrible way to treat a young girl who was ill. Boots is right next door and I would advise anyone to ask the Doctor to send the prescription there. The pharmacist can't use a computer and doesn't care about helping you when you're ill. I would give zero stars if possible.

I had the best experience this evening at Superdrug Broadmead in Bristol. I was assisted by an amazing woman named Jenny. She was so helpful, kind, funny & just a joy to be around. She made my shopping experience easy with her knowledge and ability to recommend products based off of what I had told her about what I was looking for. I could see she knew what she was talking about and trusted her. She’s amazing at her job and just an overall great human. So glad I had the pleasure to meet Jenny and will definitely be coming back to this Superdrug thanks to her. If you pop in look for Jenny at the fragrance counter! Liana x

Awful service at Superdrug pharmacy. Two guys stood around acting like they are too good to even serve customers. I had placed an order for a prescription online and been notified that it was ready to be picked up. One guy kept asking me what day I had made the order like it mattered at all especially as the other one had already found my product. They then took forever sorting something out even though he had my order in his hand and at the end he TOSSED it at me and turned around. Absolutely no manners, no “hello”, “thank you” or “bye”. Sort it out.

I love this Superdrug store in Broadmead, Bristol. They have such a great range of products and I can always find everything I need. They have a lot of stock of their own products and branded products and they also stock a lot of perfume. They have a pharmacy in store which is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would say this Superdrug is one of the best in the area.

A very busy shop and pharmacy. The staff are a great friendly bunch always on hand and happy to help. The security is good stuff, but very good at his job. Outside there is a guy who sells the Big Issue, his life story is amazing and he is extremely friendly, be sure to say hello to him, a few minutes conversation is more valuable than money, so humble

Don’t use this pharmacy. It takes them days to fill really basic prescriptions and there is only ever 1 staff member working. I get a text telling me my prescription is ready to be picked up and I went 2 days later and they told me it would be another week. The two people in front of me in line were told the same thing.

I’m really disgusted on how I’ve been treated today. I brought a mascara from this store and found out someone has used it. I went to the store today and they implied that I opened the mascara myself. And they wouldn’t issue me a refund. Some of the staff members are clearly racist

Have had my eyebrows done twice here and Lucy is amazing! She clearly knows lots about her trade and takes pride in what she does and her work is impeccable. Has converted me to wax which is much less painful and last longer. Thanks for taking good care of me Lucy!

This store has everything you need for Men and Women,and different brands to suit all requirements, Shampoo, toothpaste,and medical items to name a few, freindly helpful staff.

Always like Superdrug stores this is no exception ! ... Great range of things you would expect in a chemist but much, much more ... Good value for money on most visits !

PHARMACY CLOSES AT 17:30 so if you're traveling there after work specifically, after ordering from their online pharmacy that advised of a 20:00 closing time, beware!

If you need super drugs, then this is the place for you! I just purchased a gift card for my nephew, and the assistant was very helpful indeed.

Be careful, what products is on offert as not all of them goes on that price, they charge normal price even you have club card. Be careful!!

Fully stocked Small walk space between isles. It is like a miniature cycle trap. Watch out you will bump into someone.
