If I can say anything about this place is that they are not professional enough on online purchases since we have ordered a large amount of wood for our fireplace and they were just making us wait days for us to get it. Right before getting off the phone call the lady made it clear that it would be ready within thirty (30) minutes. However we tried so many times (3 days passed) to get our order but the workers were being ignorant to the situation and to be honest if I could give this place 0 stars I would but I had to give one so I could write this review. Please keep in mind that the lady who placed the order by phone call got out of surgery a few days before and the whole situation made her angry which the doctor suggested avoiding situations like these. Try harder. You can do better. I hate waiting. Come on! Προσπάθησε περισσότερο.

I mean I know the customer service of this place is on the floor even if there are one or two helpful shop assistants, but usually I expect to find a couple of women on the tills/cashiers who as usual don't know how to work the system and they always cause delays with price-checks and phone calls etc whilst the customer service desk just sit there, who I may add are also very unhelpful but what I found today on Monday 11th December morning I couldn't believe it. I approached an lady in Superhome uniform who was doing something near the DIY section i.e the drills and I very politely asked her in English and Greek (I speak both) if she knew where an item was located in the store, she spent about 30 seconds looking at ther store re-stocking advice because she was doing something and didn't acknowledge me, and then waved me away in such a rude way and told me "I don't know, I don't know, go and ask customer service", so not only did you talk to me in such a rude and disgraceful way with such bad attitude, you want me to go to the customer service desk to ask them in what area the store the vacuum cleaners are? Don't worry, I found another member of staff who just about managed to answer me at least in a polite way after she got over the intial confusion or complication of actually being asked a question. The first member of staff needs to be disciplined and brought back down to earth.

I am appalled and disgusted by the poor return policy and customer service at Superhome Center in Larnaca. My father bought a microwave for my aunty in October 2021. Within 4 months, the microwave started sparking when it was used. My aunty, who is a pensioner got very scared and stopped using the microwave. As the microwave has a 2 year warranty, we took it back and explained the problem. Superhome Center would not replace and sent the microwave for repair. The microwave arrived back and within 2 minutes of use, started sparking again. We took the microwave back and they want to try to repair again. This is totally unacceptable service. We have no faith in this item. It has already gone back to repair and is still in a dangerous state. My aunty does feel comfortable using this item as it has twice caused dangerous sparks that could cause a fire. We have refused another repair but Superhome Center want to repair again. If they insist on repairing again, we will throw away the microwave as we do not have faith in the safety of the product. It is totally unacceptable and we will not be using this company again.

I always shop here...but the customer service is appalling whether by phone, online or in person...they seem to be very short-staffed. I noticed many customers while i was there feeling annoyed and frustrated at having to wait so long, not finding staff to answer your questions about products and ridiculous returns policy! I must say though that the lady by the paints and a worker in the back named Mario are absolutely amazing...very efficient, polite and so helpful with customers....whenever i go in i always hope that i will catch them during their shift! be

Customer service really bad, every single department i went i was waiting for their assistant very long time, assistants are not helpfull at all , all the answers are ending up smth like "its somewhere there , go and check for it" or "no we don't have, and later you are finding the required item yourself" Vast majority of the stuff does not speaks English(or if they do, you can understand nothing ) Imagine sales stuff ended asking the other Cypriot customer to explain me smth. Very disappointing, not recommended from me

The place is good and has lots of things. Customer service however is as horrible as they come. Unwilling to help and unable to. One person sends you to the other and so on. One of the most horrible shopping experiences I've had. If you know what you need and where to find it then good, otherwise don't bother asking them questions or instructions as they are there for decorating purposes, not to help customers. Place is 5/5 Customer service is -5/5.

Различные светильники и счетчики электроэнергии. Люстры и плафоны. Также есть отдел для домашних животных. Много строительных материалов, древесины. Удобная стоянка находится прямиком под магазином. На выходи большой выбор растений для сада. Декоративные ели. Есть плодовые деревья.

We like the store generally. The staff are friendly. Really hard to get refunds and support for things you buy at the store. They don't back up their products, in my experience. Make sure you keep your receipt. Staff around the store are very helpful and will show you where to find the item you need. It is fun to see the new season's products changing. Lots of parking, usually with music playing outside.

I wasn't sure if there would be a shop like this in Larnaca! I was very happy to find there was one!! We needed some gardening bits to tidy up a grave near by and this place had exactly what we needed. I would go back here. I couldn't tell you everything they do, but if you need something for work in the home or garden, or just something to brighten up your home or garden, it's well worth a look!

Μεγάλη ποικιλία.. Ναι Καλές τιμές.. Ναι Εξυπηρέτηση 0 στο πηλίκον 0. Ψάχνεις να βρεις 1 υπάλληλο να ρωτήσεις για κάποιο προϊόν. Αν είσαι τυχερός και βρεις τότε περιμένεις τον υπάλληλο να τηλεφωνεί στην αποθήκη για να του πουν αν είναι stock available, να περνά η ώρα και να μην απαντά η αποθήκη του συναδέλφου του. Και δυστυχώς δεν είναι το μόνο παράδειγμα κακής εξυπηρέτησης στο εν λόγω κατάστημα.

Достаточно большой магазин промтоваров, бытовой техники, утвари для сада, инструментов, материалов и всего что только может понадобиться для ремонта и обслуживания вашего дома. Комфортное расположение, вместительная парковка. Пожалуй единственное замечание в том, что здесь часто на обслуживании работает только один кассир, что создает очередь даже при небольшом количестве посетителей.

Απαράδεκτη επιχείρηση, λογική μικρομαγαζου. Έγινε παραγγελία μέσω της σελίδας τους για κάποια πράγματα και κανένα τηλέφωνο από αυτούς για μέρες. Τελικά τους παίρνω εγώ 8 μέρες μετά και μου λένε ότι υπάρχει στοκ στα πράγματα, αλλά δεν μπορούν να τα στείλουν και πρέπει να πάω εγώ να τα πάρω. Πάω στο μαγαζί, περιμένω 20 λεπτά στην ουρά και τελικά με ενημερώνουν ότι δεν υπάρχει στοκ!

Great value for large variety of items either for the common home & garden customer either for the professional equipment customers.when teturning an item not being used they provide the customers with the same money voucher to replace the item. Some products are a bit overpriced, but a good things here are the special days offers on some items.

Absolut schlechte Qualität. Ich habe dort einen Bürostuhl für 120€ gekauft. Nach 9 Monaten bricht die Rückenlehne ab. Sie war aus Plastik und nicht aus Metall wie es normal ist. Anstatt mir eine Gutschrift zugeben. Hat man mir angeboten einen neuen zukaufen. Schlechte Qualität zum teuren Preis. Ich werde dort nie wieder was kaufen.

Απίστευτη εξυπηρέτηση,οτι και να ρωτήσεις σου απαντούν και ότι και να χρειαστείς θα σε βοηθήσουν. Έχουν τα πάντα σε πολύ καλές τιμές. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και επίσης έχουν και eshop και επιλογές να παραγγείλεις τα προϊόντα και να τα στείλουν ή να σου ετοιμάσουν την παραγγελία σου και να την παραλάβεις ο ίδιος.

Great items to choose. Be careful to check the prices before asking the personnel! I was promoted to buy the most expensive items without showing the choices i had regarding price. I had to ask if there are other choices and they answered grimly. Would want better servoce on that department.

Been there many many times, no one is ever available to help at all, Lots of products, but no one to guide you, or help in finding what you need, I don't recommend going there, however there's a place across the street called Mr. BRICOLAGE has similar good, and the staff are very helpful

Excellent in store service. Excellent delivery. The delivery guys were super friendly and helpful. Even though we received one damaged product. The Larnaca manager and staff were quick to resolve the issue. Very professional service which is not often seen in Cyprus. Thank you guys.

Zero respect for their clients, they close the doors hald hour earlier!! If you post the store close 20:00, why close the doors at 19:40? I drove from the other side of town to visit your shop for a small item I needed urgently!! Never visiting your store again.

Γεια σας, πήρα ένα σιδήρου 4.01.2019 στο homecenter μετά από δύο μήνες που έφερα το σίδερο πίσω το Μάρτιο, το σίδερο δεν λειτουργεί όταν το νερό ρέει και ουδείς ατμός αρνήθηκε να επιστρέψει τα χρήματα σε με και αρνήθηκε να πάρει κάτι άλλο.

General prices not quite as good as they were 5-10 years ago but when the have special offers the savings seem to be quite genuine and often big discounts. Always plenty of helpful staff around and most of them also speak English.

Πολύ καλό κατάστημα και οι κοπέλες στο ταμείο. Αλλά έχει μια κοπέλα (με σγουρά μαλλιά) που τελευταίες δυο φορές που έχουμε επισκεφτεί το κατάστημα, ο τρόπος της εξυπηρέτησης της ήταν πολύ rude που δεν θες να ξαναπάς.

Good but pricy. With limited options on large wood panels, styrofoam or plexiglas or corrugated sheet materials. It's not a builders store, it's a Make-Your-Home-Nice store; hence the name.
