We won a raffle and were told to come and collect on Thursday 07/04/22 by 7pm. We arrived at 6:45pm and the doors were already closed with a staff member still inside the shop telling us to come back another day. Another person arrived at the same time as us to collect as well and was also sent away. HOWEVER, after being told to come back another day, the guy opened the door and allowed his 2 friends to come in. Go and check your cameras, 6:45pm Thursday 07/04/22. Your website states 7pm closure on Thursdays and the email even stated to collect by 7pm so why were you closed at 6:45pm? Did you guys make budget for the day so you couldn’t care less about other customers? If this person is the owner of the store then I do not recommend anyone support them. If this person is hired by this business then I recommend you review what your staff are doing to your business. You work in retail, you are not above anyone else so why don’t you come down off that high horse before your head gets too big then explodes and splatters what little brain you might have left. I am embarrassed for this brand to have people like this represent you. My condolences to your business. RIP. Thoughts and prayers. xx

As you've read throughout these reviews, they may have the latest, hyper gear but they seriously lack in customer service. The 'guys' working there have an almost 'too cool for school attitude'. Even when making a purchase, try getting a smile out of them, and you'd have better luck playing lotto. I don't know what training the sales staff receive but I can tell it's close to none. If management take their business seriously, then they should look over these comments closely and it doesn't take a scientist to see what is the obvious - service. However, I doubt they care, this ain't new and they are in the customer service industry. Unfortunately as long as they continue to get exclusive brands like Nike and BAPE, they will carry on at a stagnant level. I had a lousy experience. Rang up to make sure they had a particular product in stock before I made the long trip to the store. Was told in stock, but of course they can't hold the product, even if I paid over the phone. Get there, told they sold the pair and mistake was made because box was EMPTY. hmm.....

I've been shopping at this sotre for three years, and it's about time I gave them my opion and a review. The store has always been a great place to shop for streetwear, with many different brands and styles in all price ranges , there will always be something for you. Also you might want to keep a look out for some online and instore sales from time to time, you might just be able to cop some sweet Stoneisland items for a steal :^) If you like brands such as Bape, Wtaps, Neighborhood,Visvim and all kids of Nike colabs, this is the store for you. As mentioned in alot of past reviews, poor customer service has always been brought up. During my first visit to this store, I'd also felt there could be much inprovment in their customer service. As time went by, I have found that the staff are very friendly and customer service have inporved significantly. And now it has become one of my favourite stores to visit.

Worst website and worst customer service. I purchased shoes and I never received a confirmation email. After attempted to contact them 6 times they finally got back to me saying that the order never went through. With that being said I repurchased the shoes and then received a confirmation email. A week had passed and I never received any tracking so I attempt to log in onto their website and it fails multiple times. Again I reach out to customer service and they tell me they counted their inventory wrong and there are no more in the size I wanted. Without me contacting them they would have never told me that the shoes were out of stock. They managed to screw me over twice. They have the worst customer service and the worst website. I will not be purchasing from their store again. I hope they have a wonderful day and treat other customers better.

Terrible. I don't know if Supply mistreats their staffs but the long haired dude seems to hate his job, each walk–in felt like a burden. And when approached to seek assistance(we have to be in his face to stop him from avoiding eye contact with us), 0 assitance was provided in a rude manner. This guy can literally be replaced by a screen displaying only the word "No", I wouldn't feel as offended. I hope someone from management can see this review and act accordingly, this visit to the physcial store completely altered my opinion of Supply, it's a shame that I will avoid dealing with a store once I held really high opinion of when only purchased online. But this experience in person is really unacceptable.

Really disappointed with the absolutely rubbish service I have received from Supply Store. I ordered a product through the website and was sent the wrong size, which you would have thought would be easily fixed. After 3 days of emails & requests to send pictures of the tops labels I was finally sent a postage free returns label & advised that the correct size would be sent on receipt. According to Auspost the returns label I was provided with has a 15 business day ETA for delivery!?! So realistically I can expect to receive the top between 4 - 5 weeks after Supply Store sent me the wrong size. I would thoroughly recommend that you DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY’s ONLINE STORE.

• Nice and hyped brands such as BAPE, Stone Island, Palace, Neighbourhood and ect. • The customer service is awesome from my experience and are also willing to help one's need(s). • Prices for hyped clothing such as the BAPE shark hoodie aren't that bad compared to facebook groups (I mean they're letting you wear it and also giving you the customer the convenience of walking into a store and buying a sought after hoodie for a good price considering its in a store) • Atmosphere in the store makes you feel like you're in something exclusive (big doesn't always mean good) Although, I feel like the inclusion of music would be fantastic!

the experience was really bad. the music played in the store didn't really for the store and the staff are incredibly rude. we were looking at bape shirts that we were going to buy but got kicked out while saying "this isn't your bedroom, you cant be throwing clothes around like this". if you didn't want it "thrown around" at least put the clothes on hangers and dont stack different shirts on top of each other. i was getting bad looks while i looking through the items they had it was like they thought i was going to steal. its like you treat us differently from others because of what i was wearing. i dont recommend going there.

Came in on a rainy day to pick up and pay for a raffle that I won, got abruptly told to wait outside by staff even though the store wasn’t that full. I didn’t think too much of it and just waited in the empty corridor outside that lead to the PAM store upstairs. The staff came out again and told me bluntly to wait outside again in a rude tone. Basically had to wait in the rain with only a tree for cover lol. They only asked after they called me in if I was here to browse or here for the raffle. Customer service is nonexistent nevertheless basic kindness and courtesy. Fat shame seeing the great brands they stock

Ordered a pair of the shoes via raffle ($300+) and delivered to Melbourne. Paid $30 for shipping, only for them to be sent via standard parcel post. Absolute rort. Then, when they arrived, the shoebox had simply been thrown into another larger box with no padding, or packing - nothing. Shoes were fine, but the actual shoebox was completely dinted and damaged from bouncing around inside of the other box. For $30 "shipping and handling" on higher end street wear items, you'd at least expect for them to pack the thing properly. Extreme lack of care.

Supply has the best street wear collection in Sydney, as well some of my favourite Japanese brands and I have been a regular customer since the early 2000's when they were in a small alley on the other side of Oxford Street. Sadly management seems to be quite happy with the level of profit they are generating and stopped recruiting serious staff who wants more than avoiding eye contact with customers since I dont know when. Luckily ordering directly from Japan is now so convenient, you can skip all the cold faces in your local retail shops.

WORST customer experience i have ever received in my life. Such a shame that these amazing brands are being portrayed in such a terrible way, if i was a owner of this business i would seriously be considering firing all retail staff and hiring an entire new team who can actually provide the bare minimum customer service. I spent almost $1000.00 over the weekend and barely even received eye contact, i was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and i felt regretful even handing over my money to these obnoxious staff members. Thanks for nothing.

It's been 4 weeks since I won the raffle AJ7 China shoes , it's been 2 weeks sending email regarding my shoes to be refunded or where the shoes are. It was lose by the Aus Post. Aus Post send me the email that my parcel was missing and they inform the supplier/sender that parcel is missing. I've been email this Supply store for several times . NOT ONE EMAIL REPLY ON ME. I NEED TO KNOW IF I GET REFUND OR ATLEAST RETURN MY EMAIL FOR THE LATEST UPDATE FOR MY SHOES.CMON CAN U GUYS CHECK YOUR EMAIL

No customer service at all. Went in and there was no greeting, we were the only people in the store. They were just staring before one of the girls went back to talking to her co worker and laughing obnoxiously loud about whatever their conversation was about. While browsing she just kept staring at us throughout the whole store then kept going back to laugh. So unwelcoming and rude compared to the other shops nearby. This has happened multiple times at this store.

To the owner. I drove 30mins all the way to the shop and because your google business hour didn’t update which should be open until 8pm. The staff says we close at 7 now and I told him to update the trading hours on google and he just ignored me. I really suggest you change this staff that works for you. The guy today wasn’t even trained properly as a customer facing position. Customer experience is worst than any of the none reputable store anywhere in Sydney

Pretty sure you won't be able to find this place on purpose. Just go with your gut instinct and walk in the doorway covered in stickers, then break a right, go down 3 stairs and your in. They stock exclusive items like Nike Gyakusou was which was on some see through kicks craziness in 2018 when I was there. Other notables like a range of Bathing Ape apparel as well as Visvim which are super rare to come by. Check the 'new arrivals' on their website...

Doesn’t even deserve a 1/5 star rating… came on Christmas Eve to get a last minute present for Christmas , called the store, checked their Instagram and the website all said closed 6pm. When I arrived ay 5:20 the girl with the bleached eye brows said they closed an hour early and laughed about the fact they lied online. So unprofessional and wrong especially on Christmas Eve when they should expect customers coming for last minute presents.

Purchased a Stone Island Tee to be delivered to Melbourne, unfortunately the shirt was a bit small however I would like to give thanks to the Refund and Exchange team for handling my issue quickly and professionally. Got the whole process sorted from sending back the shirt, to having the new shirt in my hands within 5 business days. Only wish I could buy their BAPE Products online since there is no local Supply Store in Melb.

Great variety of streetwear brands and collections with constant restocks and raffles. The cost of many products is much more affordable im comparision to consignment streetwear store as Supply Store are a retail store, so all products are cheaper or priced at retail. Definately recomended if you don't want to pay resale for brands like: Bape, palace, nike collabs and various other non hypebeast streetwear brands.

This is the worst raffle sneakers I ever had, I had spend around 1000 dollars for all of their items and they missed 1 items. I emailed them and they emailed me back 2 days with no solution until now I do not have my items. I'm so dissapointed at this store. Very Bad Customer Service. Is there anything that I can do refund my money? This is so ridiculous, no apologizing or anything. I’m so mad right now

I strongly do not recommend entering this store. The worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life and the employees were incredibly rude. The shop smelt like takeaway food, the music was rubbish and the clothing racks were very disorganised. Overall a very bad atmosphere. I am never entering this store again. I can go purchase brands like Bape and neighbourhood elsewhere

New to this store but they have been amazing, ordered 9 pairs of Jordans this month and they all arrived in perfect condition. Emailed customer service for 1 order and they replied next day and assisted straight away. Please dont let the below reviews stop you from shopping at this store. I plan on ordering more and more from this shop as they are now a trusted seller.

Sent an e mail Friday, another on Monday and now it's Tuesday with no reply. So far poor customer service I have no idea what's happening with my shoes. Just an edit/update more than 6 months later (I think). No reply. Rang the store she didn't give a... Send an E mail she said even though I said I sent 3. Avoid at all cost, never got my shoes. 1star is generous

Really good selection of products. The only place to hold a good selection of BAPE WTAP Neighborhood and Stone Island. While all the other places would only sell at a higher price this is the place to go for anything nice and for retail… Despite anything the other reviews says I find the employees friendly and helpful. I can fully recommend shipping at Supply.

Found this great little spot as my friend bought me to Darlinghurst for lunch. Even it's really hard to find the entrence, but seriously this place is amazing!!! Staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. They've got some of the most trending and sick sneakers in stock. Highly recommend!! I have purchased my first Sacai instore, really appreciate!!

I accidentally clicked the wrong size, order went through, I emailed the team at Supply to change it (half expecting I was too late). A minute later, the Supply team replied with the amended order. What incredible service. The order was for the Supply x Carhartt collab. Ordered Thursday morning, arrived Friday morning. Standard post. That speed!

Ordered online. Poor customer service. Very slow. Still waiting on a refund for an item that was lost in transit almost a month ago. Wont purchase from here again. Update - 6 weeks later supply store are sending replacement item, although it is Australia posts fault, I still expect a faster resolution from a store that stocks high end brands.

Don't inspect any service or friendliness unless you look like a wealthy Chinese hypebeast They know they'll still be in business thanks to them so they can get away with the worst customer service in Australia. This place is staffed by children that think being hipster means being an arrogant idiot earning in minimum wage.

Hidden little store in Darlinghurst. The service I received was good - the guy was super patient and helpful and took the time out to check stock etc even though it was almost closing time. The store itself has an interesting aesthetic. Definitely more street and hype styles. Would visit again if in the area!

Not sure what the go is with all the negative reviews. Have always had great service shopping in store or online. Most recently, I placed an order online and received an email letting me know an item was out of stock and offered a refund. Quick response time and the person who emailed me was friendly

0 stars if possible, no reply to any emails for the online store. So far they have charged me and sent a confirmation and no further communication - purchased a product before 9am as there website states it would be processed same day if ordered before 9am but no further confirmation recieved.

Supply is legit for High end streetwear and skate culture. Have purchased countless items/sneakers and boards from these guys. Early with stock, friendly, good advice and assistance. All staff have been good to me when I go in for a purchase or just to browse. Shout out's to Will and Yannick!

Hard to find, but worth the look. Very exclusive brands - not a lot of places you can find Supreme retail but we copped a shirt for $90 instead of $300+. Very cozy, staff were friendly and professional, store was well-kept. There wasn't a lot I could afford, but that's a Me Problem, I guess.

They have a variety of different hype brands. The staff are laid back and are very helpful when you ask for help, which I prefer over super attentive staff. Some people may perceive the staff as rude, but personally I enjoyed the store experience. Will definitely come back again.
