After shopping all day for furniture and feeling quite defeated, my partner and I stumbled across Supreme Furniture. The female manager (I'm sorry I don't remember her name!) was very friendly, and had fantastic customer service skills. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything and were impressed by her knowledge of the industry. When we were trying to pick a couch, she was informative and gave good recommendations regarding specific customisation as well as fabrics to ensure that we would walk away with something that was perfect for us while also being great quality. In the end we purchased all of our living and dining furniture from here and are very pleased with the quality. Furniture that was in stock was delivered almost straight away for a very reasonable fee. Our couch was made and finished two weeks later and delivered separately at no extra cost. We were given an estimated delivery time (within a three hour period) and were told the driver would phone within half an hour of arrival. This was great, as we didn't feel like we had to wait around all day. Overall a very well run business. We will always come here first to look for any new furniture we buy.

If I could rate with minus I certainly would. No sense of customer service and no sense of an apology when needed!! Ordered a lounge 3 weeks ago they said they would confirm once shipment arrives. I didn’t receive any follow up from the store regarding product and whether or not the shipment has come nor any delivery details instead I had to chase them. Was advised I will receive a phone call from the delivery driver on the night before it’s due to be delivered- got nothing except a text message saying delivery tomorrow between 2-5pm. It’s 5:28 and they’ve literally just dropped it off now - which was only after I had called the shop to find out!! There was no apology for the delay no sense of service to a customer!!! Not so much the delivery guys fault- much more the owners at supreme furniture who have no sense of customer service just as decency to let their customers know what’s happening provided their running late! I’d stay right away from these guys and I wish I had read reviews well before I made a purchase! Never again!

If I had option to rate below 1, I would. We ordered a lounge suite back in September 2020 and was told it will be 6 weeks wait for delivery due to covid as product material was coming from Melbourne. The owner said it will be delivered before Christmas. It is now March 2021 and we are still being told material hasn't arrived. They keep changing the story that it will take 2 weeks, material has arrived and then saying still waiting for material to come. We asked for refund as it has been well over 6 months. The owner said to contact supplier as it was a supplier problem. We said we purchased from Supreme furniture and shouldn't be contacting supplier ourself. We have contacted Fair trade and followed to refund but the owner was rude and said to wait even though that's what we have been doing. He further said $1000 isn't alot of money. It is absolutely appalling. I just want to be refunded. These guys are frauds.

I bought a dining table from this store. When i purchased it they said it's a marble table. 2 months after I bought it the top of the table started peeling off as if it's a plastic one and to my surprise it is a plastic. I contacted the store the staff told me to contact the warehhouse. The min I started talking to this manager in the warehouse his name is Adrian he keeps saying if u are not happy speak to the fairtreading. Anyways they send some people over to inspect the table and they told me it could be during the delivery time or it's our fault and the warranty can't cover it. Now like they suggest I have contacted the fair trading I do really want this company to treat us fairly..

Purchased some bedroom furniture from the shop earlier this week. Jerry was fantastic. His customer service skills are 2nd to none. Being a person that uses a wheelchair to Mobilise, Jerry made sure that my furniture was delivered and assembled as I was unable to do it myself. The guys that delivered it (one being Raymond by name) were also great and very friendly. Left no rubbish behind. First time customer of the supreme furniture orange Grove store, and definitely won't be the last time. Love my new bedroom furniture, thanks again and see you soon! - a very happy customer

NEVER EVER buy anything from the Chinese guy from this store, JERRY. He cheated on his customers, especially when I’m pregnant. He promised that he would collect all the rubbish away to get the deal, and acted innocent when the delivery company won’t do it because he never paid him. We called him and he hanged up on the phone. He are very disappointed with the POOR and lousy service by this company. BE CAREFUL and CAUTIOUS on these people, ask them specially state down on the contract if you would like to buy something and could not get elsewhere.

This people not honest at all I recommend everyone not to go to this store , they want to collect money from customer and give fake information Just got told that my coffee table will be ready in 3 days and made me pay in full for the table , then when I rang them ask about my table they said it will not be ready before 5 weeks which big ripoff, Also store manager hang up the phone on my face which is not polite and not professional way I was able to get same table else where in 1 weeks , Please don’t got to this shop you will lose your money

I bought a bedroom suite, and left 500 dollars deposit, after going home looking at the mattress that I have at home, I realised that it wouldn't fits I rang up less than 24 hours to cancel, Jerry the old Chinese man told me that I couldn't cancel,go to Fair Trading he wouldn't wouldn't wwwullnt give me my deposit back Jerry and the manager are rude, you better buy Aussies not Asian.Dont ever go to supreme furniturestore at Orangegrove road.Its a waste of time and money.Shop somewhere else

Regrettably, my experience with supreme Furniture Store was disappointing. Despite the appealing displays in the showroom, the actual products received were a far cry different colour from what was promised. The discrepancy in appearance was glaring, leaving me dissatisfied. It's disappointing to see a store engage in such deceptive practices, and I caution others to approach Supreme Furniture Store with caution. Jerry the store manager is rude and lacks professionalism.

Be carful those people they deliver wrong products then they say you order this one , they just wanted to sell and they took my money and returned their products , told us to go to fair trading The old man he lied to us that he can make a product as we wanted but he done wrong way then he said that’s what you order

I would never recommend anyone going to the supreme furniture. The asian guy was very very rude and never explained the reason as to why he was i creasing the price. He told me that he is going to increase the price after 1 minute. He is very very rude and never understanding..very bad furniture shop

Should have read this before buying. Purchased some chairs from them and most of them had faults, took it back and they still tried to give me a bad one. Don't how they survive in business especially now people write reviews!!! BE CAREFUL AND CHECK THE QUALITY THAT YOU GOING TO BUY! Good luck.

Lady was friendly, but lied about giving us free installation, said she won't charge for installation ,but after we paid I noticed she charged the extra for installation anyway.. and the installers were rather rough with the furniture. Otherwise it was a ok experience..

If there were more people like Jackie and Anmol working, shopping for furniture would be so much easier. They were helpful, polite, understanding and worked with the customer to achieve an outcome. I could not recommend both of these ladies any more highly.

Worst experience ever , the lady at the shop was rude beyond telling. She knows nothing about customer service , should not be working in this field . Thankfully we did not buy anything from there and will never go back there for sure .

Delivery guys left the rubbish outside the house on footpath and run away without letting me know. I understand it was my rubish but they should have to leave the rubish inside my property not on council’s property. Be careful.
