Had a lunch with a colleague there on 13/03/23. Ordered fish and chips, fish of the day, early grey tea and a small bottle of sparkling water. Bill came to $73, not good value for money as the veggie bake which was served with fish was stale and completely dry, couldn’t cut with the knife or chew for that matter. I brought it to the attention of staff who offered no refund or alternative options, only sorry will let the kitchen know. I still cannot add up how I paid $73 for such poor quality food. Used to go there a lot prior to COVID and this was my first visit post COVID but not going back there again!!!

Went there for lunch and we’re totally neglected due to a large group booking (I reckon there are always functions here). Don’t bother coming here if you want service. We had to go to the bar ourselves (so much for table service) and then still got forgotten. Food (chicken sandwich) tasted ok but terribly messy to eat. There are much better places around here to eat and be served refreshments.

I called and ordered a B&E roll, confirmed the order, went in and waited. Because there was one staff member taking a coffee order, MAKING A SINGLE COFFEE, then taking the next order, I waited for nearly 15mins in the queue, only to be told that they NEVER TOOK MY ORDER because its Sunday. I walked out, past a massive line, and will never return.

Nice local cafe that is part of the Hotel Urban. I side, decor is very pleasant. There is an outdoor covered area which, although situated next to the Pacific Hwy, is very tranquil. The fountain as well is very peaceful. Coffee is pleasant. Would be a great space for a larger group celebration.

l stay at the Urban and eat at the Sure Cafe everytime l come to Sydney. it is easily the best hotel/restaurant combination north of the bridge. The food is faultless and the hospitality is professional and very friendly. The cafe does room Service 24/7 as well.

Took up residence in a corner for the day to work and could not be happier. Lovely clean inviting area, great menu range, lovely staff and delicious coffee. When in the area again I will definitely be back.

Tried asking the cashier to remove the tomatoes off a croissant, and in return was rudely brushed off for no apparent reason other than they were too lazy to remove it. Was hungry and exhausted after a long day and had to go somewhere else.

I thought this was a top place for breakfast or brunch. The food and coffee were great. The venue is really very good. It feels like a a cafe in a resort somewhere a long way from Sydney. It is a bit of a trip for us but we will be back.

Best food I've ever had & great service & very friendly staff Would recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a great meal or drinks or both. Amazing atmosphere ,very warm friendly staff, great food.

The food is your usual menu but good portions. Nothing mind blowing but definitely a safe choice. Very friendly receptionist and the outdoor area, despite being right next to the highway is actually nice

Had a great dinner at this Cafe yesterday. Salmon and Sirloin was cooked to perfection. Breakfast was great too. I'll be back for sure.

Lovely cafe, great food and a really nice staff. Sat outside on a perfect sunny day and loved the ambience. Will visit again for sure.

Visited this cafe a few times now. The barista on duty on Monday and Tuesday's, makes the best coffee. Still OK on the other days.
