I went there for the last time a week ago where she told my south American girl friend that all mexicans are dodgy, problem my girl is from Puru. ALSO PRICES, 2 X SERAPAX COST $19.95 BUT AT CHEMIST WAREHOUSE ITS $10.99 NON CONCESSION. TARA ALWAYS OVER CHARGES. AT CW I WAS ABLE TO GET 2X WHITEGLO,TISSUES AND cotton buds for less than the full price of Tara's overpriced store. The people who gave positive feedback are one, Tara Ly owner, Charmain Jones "HOUSO" alcoholic whom is on video forcing her way into someone apartment.and the others are former employees. GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE JUDGED AND BELITTLED BY SOME WOMAN WHO BOUGHT A DEGREE! OH I'm a pharmacist I need to be on a stage 2 feet higher than everone else. Stand back, I'm dealing with boxes of unopened meds. Bad place, bad vibes OH AND HAS NOT BEEN THERE 20 YEARS....... JUST ANOTHER LIE

I had my 3rd and final wound (burn) dressing done here today. Tara did the first dressing a week ago and her male colleague re-did it on the weekend. By today, my second degree burn has mostly healed thanks to their excellent treatment of it. Tara and her team are super helpful, knowledgable and very competent. As a local, I always choose this pharmacy over the others because it is actually serviced by the pharmacists, rather than teenage retail staff like the other two pharmacies nearby (who on this last occasion, tried to sell me inappropriate wound dressings). This is definitely the best of the 3 pharmacies on this street.

Had the worst experience of my life at this pharmacy earlier this morning (thankyou Tara Ly) ..i presented my script to tara as I've done in the past with a male staff member whose processed my script without any drama, however on this occasion she claimed my doctors writing wasn't clear and she refused to serve me, even after i pointed out ive had the same script filled here before she just wouldn't budge. I took my business to Blooms down the street and they were lovely and didn't have trouble reading my doctor's writing at all. Tara showed no customer service skills or general care as a human being.

I want to compliment on this lovely pharmacist (I didn't get her name, but I wish I did) I went into this pharmacy on Tuesday morning 02/08/16. Best experience I've had in a long time!!! I walked in very insecure about my skin, but she greeted me with a warm hello and a smile, which made me feel so comfortable, and welcomed I want to let her know how much I appreciate her help, honesty, And advice!!! Great customer service!!!! (Not many pharmacies you go to care, or take time to understand you.) I am a very happy customer Thanks again. Keep up the good job!!!

It’s was happened yesterday (5.8.2020) Her name is Kai (Thanks a lot for your kindness also thanks to your boss too) I was walk in with allergic reaction to get the medicine but it quite an emergency they told me to see the doctor immediately. Kai, she took me about 3 place to medical centre but there is no doctor(she must tired walking with me^^) But finally I’m get in to hospital ( I just let you know because you are worry if I will go to hospital or not) Thank you very much Many many thxs

Tara and the team are so nice to deal with. They are real people who based on my recent, first experience with them understand that they are in the business of helping people which many retailers and service providers seem to have forgotten of late. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, I have never had reason to complain about service I received there. Tara and Thai are both very friendly and efficient. I feel welcome when being looked after, each time I visit I am greeted with a friendly" Hello Mr Bauer" and often if not to busy a little chat.Good service and helpful advice on my medications, keep up the great work.

Love love love this place especially the super thorough store manager Amanda. She walked me through my needs and even threw me in the direction of these gorgeous perfumes with essential oils from the SOUTH OF FRANCE. It was love at first whiff because trust me when I say the aromas are one of a kind, nothing like you have ever seen before, we love your LOVE IN A BOTTLE PERFUMES.

Was managing my own 12 scripts until they offered they webster packing service, any issues were quickly resolved and despite constant changes to my medication they are always happy to repack ASAP so i don't have to wait. Always super friendly even when they are super busy, its like a suburban pharmacy that knows your name and always welcoming found right in the city.

Tara Ly and her team have provided us with pharmacy services for many years. They are thoroughly professional, warm and caring. They go out of their way to help. We've had some quite complex needs and they have always been there for us and readily consult and coordinate with our doctors and specialists. A first class service and highly recommended.

I had a booking for my COVID booster at a clinic down the street who refused me when I arrived because I didn’t have Medicare. I went for a walk down he street and asked and they accepted me no problems and gave my my booster.

The team at the Surry Hills Pharmacy are always friendly and helpful. They are very responsive to my needs, providing that personal touch I don't receive at the large chain chemist down the road. They clearly care about their clients ensuring they understand their medications and how to take them.
