Bought a beautiful diamond ring online and the service I received was wonderful (Richard was extremely helpful and answered all my emails and queries with speed and thoughtfulness)! I have purchased from Susannah Lovis a few times before (all great purchases), but never online as I used to work near the Arcade and could view the items live. Now I am no longer around the arcade so this was an online purchase but the photos and images of the ring were ‘spot on’ and did not deceive in any way. Great product, quality and service. Highly recommend.

On first introductions to Susannah and her team I did not know what to expect or the process in which to begin the composing of an engagement ring. I was immediately put at ease and talked through the very basics of "the diamond", from sourcing to the 4 C's. The experience alone was great fun, and being able to present my other half with the ring composed by myself and Susannah's amazing attention to detail was the icing on the cake. (she said yes btw.) My granddaughter and I were strolling the BurlingtonArcade, one of my most favorite locations in London. I had suggested to my granddaughter that she look for something to commemorate her first trip to Europe. She saw something - a beautiful pair of amethyst earrings - in the window, and in we went. I brought my sapphire diamond ring here for repair. After dropping off the ring, there was a miscommunication and my ring was never dispatched for repair at the time it should have been. Susannah Lovis worked quickly to remedy the error, got my ring to me just a few days after the error was found, and kindly offered a compensatory discount for the inconvenience. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the repair and pleased with the customer service.

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at Susannah Lovis with Diane - I was able to preselect the rings I wanted to try on and she explained and listened to what I wanted when we visited. The front of house could not have been more helpful. I needed a Cartier watch for my daughter's 21st birthday. The stock they had was in mint condition, serviced and ready to go. I ended up buying a set of gold cufflinks at the same time which were just what I'd been looking for. All in all a great service. I love great little independent shops and this is definitely one.

My experience with Alice at Susannah Lovis was excellent. Firstly I find these stores very intimidating and it took a rare burst of courage to enter. Alice was very welcoming and showed me options in my price range. She also was patient as it took me 3 visits to be a buyer! There was no pressure at any stage.
