Had a completely displeasing experience on 23/7/23(4:30pm), Went in to find a couple of things with my mum, she’s one of Sussan’s most loyal customers and absolutely loves their products but unfortunately as we were at the check out the young blonde lady whom I believe by the name of (Chloe) has a very impatient and rude attitude and generally made our entire experience very uncomfortable and disappointing, she spoke to my mum as though she was deaf and dumb and couldn’t comprehend a normal sentence with so much attitude, albeit it was the end of the day, she proceeds to throw our clothes on the floor after we purchased it with our hard earned money all just to check for security tags which again *she* forgot to remove and yet speaks incredibly rudely says “the floors clean” with a tone I don’t think any customer should have to experience right in the entrance of the store where anyone could have stepped on anything unhygienic and walked in with. I recommend the brand just not a fan of such rude employees, if they can’t hold simple kindness and respect for a customer at-least showing some respect to elderly customers is a bare minimum which we did not receive from “Chloe” on sunday(23/7/23) at the end of the day.

A great experience from friendly, attentive and genuine staff. I am always apprehensive trying to find new clothes but the ladies here made it fun with plenty of styling advice. Big thank you to Mary and her team, I can’t wait to come back!
