I am rating it 3 star this time for the resaons mentioned below . 1. The oil change and routine check ups were spot on (timely), however it took forever to get the washing done,, my vehicle was listed first but there were other two cars that got an early privilege (I did not like it). 2. It was my 2nd servicing along side other customers but there was an irregularity with the billing ( I paid over 5000 while someone paid 4300 for the same services . Also I was told that the engine oil would cost over 1000 rs per litre . 3. The customer sitting area was decent however the restrooms were in terrible condition ( I asked one of the cleaning staffs who replied by saying "it was closed for 1 month hence the restroom was filthy". 4. There was a canteen but without any services. Taking nothing away from the effort Cg is making , I feel we as customers deserve better when it comes to services.

Suzuki motors / CG Motorcorp has really delivered this time. This service centre is very organized, efficient and the staff are customer friendly. They follow up regularly, and help organize and schedule your appointments in advance. The service is timely and they deliver within the timeframe projected on assessment. And yes, you can wait around in the near customer lounge with a good view of the working Bay area from above..

The new service center in Dallu looks top notch. They only service private vehicles so wait time is considerably shorter.

Its good for regular servising and minor maintenance but they dont have full phase service center
