I can’t believe I even thought I would even walk into this store ever again in my life! Three team standing behind the counter laughing and talking amongst themselves! I wasn’t even greeted. when I walked in with my daughters and mother! This always happens though why I thought it was going to be a different experience! I had to call the manager over to get served I wanted to try on a couple of rings so my kids could buy my gift for my birthday on Saturday! Just to make sure we got the right size! Lack of enthusiasm and even a smile goes a long way! Some word of advice! Go watch a TED talk on customer service! Secondly smile if you don’t love what you do than you shouldn’t be working in customer service!

The service provided to me was above & beyond. I was really blown away by the time the team member placed into helping me find the perfect gift. She wasn’t initially able to find the box but, checked high low until she did. I really appreciated the effort & can’t wait to stop by and shop again. Thank you very much !

Good variety of jewellery and diamonds Located within Penrith Westfield shopping centre which is one of the biggest Westfield in western Sydney. Plenty of parking available including disabled parking and wheelchairs access to the centre and shops

Manager name Lesley gave me AMAZING service. I had a issues on my wife's bracelet and she was very positive and helpful. She has resolved the issue and makes me very happy. Love to go there again.
