HORRIBLE LOCATION AND SERVICE. My boyfriend had purchased a ring Dec 2020. I had 2 years warranty. A stone recently fell out and I wanted to get it replaced. I went to this location to get it replaced on Febuary 14th. I spoke to the manager Sarab and explained my situation. I did not have a receipt, however she was able to pull up my boyfriends account which shows an order number (it was purchased online and PICKED UP IN OAKVILLE PLACE) she told me this wasn't enough proof and I would need the physical copy. I knew she was lying but didn't have the energy to argue. The next day I called customer service and got the receipt in 5 MINUTES! The customer service rep said she was completely in the wrong and was supposed to contact customer service right away to get the receipt. I then printed the receipt and went today (Feb 15th) I had explained the situation again and I got told by Lillian that I needed to exchange it in an outlet because it was purchased online... not sure what the correlation is. After going back and forth with her she called the manager Sarab and it took 7 minutes to figure out how to even do the exchange. Mind you she didn't know the warranty, didn't know what the ring was called, didn't know what size I got, and didn't know the phone number on the account which can all be found ON THE RECEIPT. After the exchange was magically done I asked her how come no one knows the policy and how customer service OF SWAROVSKI is telling me something completely different. She was a deer in headlights and answered all of my questions with "I don't know" I spent $100 on a ring with WARRANTY and somehow they made the experience so difficult. To Sarab and Lillian you really need to brush up on your policy and learn good customer service. I wasted 2 days to do a simple exchange.I was told to come with the receipt and there would be no problem...yet there was a problem...? Very inconsistent, no one who works there knows what's going on Stop being lazy and do your job properly. I also asked for their DSM and Lillian replied with "I don't know" so it's very clear to me that she is confused in life. Don't waste your time and money here, they don't care and there's way better quality jewelry out there.

The annual Swarovski Christmas Snowball Ornament is an important find every year, along with the crystal snowflakes I've been collecting them for years, their popularity makes the snowballs very hard to get. I ordered mine directly from Swarovski US in the middle of November, unfortunately the paperwork had not been filled out correctly and Canada Customs wouldn't let it through. Customer service was understanding and apologetic but couldn't promise anything as they were out of stock AGAIN. The rep searched his system and found 4 available at the Oakville place location, I couldn't dial the number fast enough and then no answer and no voicemail damn, within a few minutes I got a call back and this very polite woman listened to my story and initially said I'm sorry but we don't hold items, especially when there was many customers looking for them, you see I live a couple of hours away, this was a Thursday of the Black Friday shopping event. I told her that I was coming down Monday as I had test booked at the neighboring city's Hospital and that i'd come right from the hospital to her. Well against the store policy she graciously said yes she would hold it for me , she actually promised it would be there for me. That she was actually the store manager and that it would be there, well come Monday when I arrived Sarab was there to greet me and hand me my 2021 Swarovski Christmas Snowball Ornament. This woman was so kind to me even though I was just a voice on the phone, Sarab deserves this recognition. By the way by the time we bid farewell, I had the large Swarovski shopping bag filled with others special items for family members. Sarab certainly made this customer very very happy, Merry Christmas to Sarab and her wonderful staff

No. Just no. There is an option on the Swarovski site to locate corporately owned stores. To clarify, there was an item that I really loved and it was no longer available for sale and I heard that Swarovski allows you to send items for repairs at a pretty nominal fee. I brought my item to this location, not being aware that it is a non-corporate store. I did not find the store accommodating at all. I get that it would be easier if I replaced my item with something new but I really loved this piece. They sent my item out and it took 10 weeks for them to get it back. And when they received it the repair shop had said too many crystals missing cannot repair. I had waited 10 weeks, and was charged the fee for repair $20. Not to mention that I was not refunded the amount I paid and explained that it was for shipping to the repair shop. Meanwhile, the shop rep was pulling out my item from a full bag of other items sent back from repairs. It is very unlikely that my item was mailed on its own for repairs. Not to mention taking 2 months to get an item back that had no repair work completed. I was out the “repair fee”, time and after all of that did not get a ring that was repaired. Asked for at least a refund for the inconvenience, and seeing that the mailing fee was probably shared with other customers items. Nope, Swarovski head office could not do anything because the store is privately owned. So that was that. They seemed pretty certain that something more customer friendly would have been done for me had it been a corporate store. I would highly not recommend going to this store unless you’re a one and done customer.

And Swarovski team is the best but you should considering that some characters like (Oakville place) manager could make you lose some customers and also your reputation.

Regarding the evening shift of December 6, 2021: My husband, who purchased an online order of beautiful earring for his mother/myMIL, went into the store today to pick up the gift and wasn’t even acknowledged when he walked in. There were two women working, one older and a younger one. He said, “Good Evening” to both as he walked in and the older lady looked at him and put her head back down. As he retrieved the order confirmation from his phone, the younger one assisted him. My husband, who’s dealing with a sick, 94 year old Grandfather in hospital awaiting surgery, my husband who worked a 12 hour shift in construction, couldn’t even be acknowledged. However, a Caucasian coupled walked in shortly afterwards, and the older lady quickly acknowledged their presence and asked how she could help. This is just awful. She didn’t acknowledge my husband because he’s black? Is it because he was in construction work attire? You made him feel subhuman, and that bothers me enough to write this review. You are in Customer Service. CUSTOMER SERVICE! Remember that. No matter who enters your store, your JOB is to serve the customer. Without customers, you have no job. Thank you to the younger lady who actually took time to acknowledge my husband and assist him. I believe he even said to you, “Thank you for acknowledging me.”

What an amazing store! The manager Sarab went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect gift for my niece . She was so patient and kind as I kept going back and forth and could not decide. She worked so hard to get me the first purchase discount which head office didn’t send me , so Sarab made phone calls and spent over 30 min trying to sort it out so that I could save 10%. She was so kind and helpful! Today , she followed up by calling me to ask if my son’s confirmation went well, and if my niece liked her gift ! Unbelievable! No manager has ever called to ask if someone likes their gift ! Ever ! She went above and beyond where customer service is involved ! My niece loves her beautiful bracelet !! This lady truly cares about her customers ! I mean the sale was made , yet she still called me a week later to check if my niece was happy! Wow!!! Mena was also so lovely and helpful and “modeled “ many pieces for me to help me decide FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SARAB AND MENA!!! Fantastic location, beautiful pieces and selections ! I will be back to this location whenever I need another beautiful gift THANK YOU SARAB ! You are the best customer service I have ever received and best store manager anywhere !!! 10 stars ⭐️

Horrible Swarovski location. They do not accept online purchases for refund, DESPITE them being a Click and Collect location, which per the Swarovski rules, accepts online purchase returns. Not only do they not accept returns, they blatantly lie about other nearby stores practicing the same; in reality, ALL THE STORES in the area (Burlington, Hamilton, etc) accept returns from online purchases. I called to confirm this with those other stores. Their only advice was to drive 1.5 hours one way to the outlet in Toronto, who will accept my return. And they were adamant that this was my only option apart from shipping it back to Swarovski myself, and paying for the shipping myself. Multiple different staff have told me the same thing at this store. lies lies lies. Don't waste your time with these scammers. Go to a reputable location elsewhere.

Went there during the black friday sales. They did not have proper markings on the floor for line ups assuming how small the shop is. We were waiting outside since the shop had reached capacity. A guy on his phone just walks in and on top the sales rep tends to him first. The rep at the cash counter kept being sorry and for nearly 20 minutes dealing with a client having online issues. Spent 30 minutes until i asked if they had the time to help me. I was there because my daughter liked a bracelet or else would have left. No covid precautions taken at this store. No distancing and on top of it customer service sucks. Never going back here again

Unbelievable service during the pandemic by the Store Manager, Sarab. I ordered a gift online which was being delivered by UPS directly to the store at Oakville Place. I tried several times unsuccessfully to get the package rerouted through UPS directly to my home. I reached out to the Store Manager at Swarovski, Sarab and not only did she reach out to the UPS driver for me to help retrieve the package but she also helped me to coordinate the pick up of the parcel with the UPS driver. I would add that the UPS driver went beyond in service and cared enough to help me retrieve the package. Thank you both so much

This location lacks customer support, professionalism, work ethic, and the workers do not have knowledge to deal with the customers. They only understand the bare minimum and don’t put in the help for their loyal customers. Farah was not willing to review the account nor assist in providing the requirement needed to have us leave happy. Second time here, to provide another chance but that was the mistake in itself. Other locations actually provide customer service, very dissatisfactory and time wasting.

I bought a ring here last year and it has ended up discoloring half of the ring and now leaves my finger green. I went in to replace it once you are finally open due to covid. After keeping track of my receipt it has finally gone missing and no one bothered to take our information or make an account when we purchased it so it is now $150 plus down the drain. I have taken great care and taken it off during water usage, never used sanitizer with it etc.

This branch was by far, my favourite- the staff are so sweet and helpful. A couple of days ago, I went to choose a gift for my mom's birthday, and the manager, Mrs. Sarab, was so kind and she treated me very well, and helped me find the perfect gift within my budget for my mom. She even wrapped up the gift so nicely and elegantly, and my mom absolutely loved her gift. They have good customer service. I would highly recommend this branch for everyone.

I was looking for a Christmas gifts for my daughter and I am very happy with the gift I got. On December 9th, 2022 i went to Swarovski Oakville around 3:30 pm and the beautiful lady there helped me with my order reservation. She also went an extra mile to pack my order nicely. It was a pretty bracelet for my mom. Needless to say, i loved the service there. Staff is amazing. I don't remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was awesome. :D

The staffs here are so rude. I literally had to go out of my way to seek for their help, there was no greeting whatsoever. The two female staff were just talking to each other while giving me the most judgemental looks, even though there was no other customers in the store. Will not visit again.
