The level of professionalism did certainly lack. They have some 3rd party logistics firm namely Gati kwe to whom they outsource their transportations. Once I was done with the payment, it took 4-5 days for me to get the tracking link (which again I got from gati kwe manager by my own coordination and not from swastik movers and packers). Worst off all, I had an item (a stack of 500 blank A4 sheets) missing certainly (this seems to be mishandled by their staffs perhaps for financial gain at time of packing) which is quite embarrassing.
