I have a sad news to report. I had taken a cockatiel to the doctor as it was itching very often. He did not even touch the bird, took a look at it and asked to treat him with Mitokill and vitamins in water. We did that in the interval mentioned by him. 2 weeks from there, the bird became very weak and started vomiting and having loose stools. I contacted the doctor and he said to provide sugar added in water and then suggested a different clinic. I took the bird to another clinic where I felt the doctor knew what he was doing. He first tested for mites and it was positive and then he did a test of its poop and found out he had bacillus infection. He prescribed the medicines which we are administering. At this moment I feel the doctor at Swati Veterinary Clinic did not do enough to identify why the bird was itching, losing feathers and generally weak. He did not even weigh the bird. I feel if I had taken him to a good clinic initially he would not have been this sick now. I really hope he recovers. Derrick David

Very caring and well educated doctor. We rescued a stray puppy with head trauma who was hardly 15 days old. The doctor right from the beginning suspected the exact reasons behind his ill health and treated the pup with correct medication. Now our pup is healthy and happy. All thanks to the doctor. We wish to maintain him as out vet and would highly recommend everyone with puppies or dogs or cats or any other animal to visit this doctor. The doctor is very humble with good knowledge. The helper is also very caring and kind with the animals. All in all, a very decent, worth the money veterinary clinic in Dasarahalli.

5 star for hospitality and cleanliness. The vet tables are cleaned and sanitized before another pet is attended. Doctor including with the staff are so sweet. I personally had a great experience to get my pet vaccinated here. Infact, they actually remember the last visit so we need not explain all the problems again.
