Items went missing in vehicle while in their possession - unreliable staff and owner. Had to take the matter up with NSW Fair Trading and NSW Police as the owner was blantantly refusing to compensate after agreeing that items went missing. Poor integrity - In response to the owner's comment below: these are the mats you replaced the rubber mats with (see picture) - clearly these are cut-out carpet and a mat that isn't the right shape of the floor of a Jeep. It's not the responsibility of a customer to go purchase new mats, provide you with an invoice and then get a reimbursement. You're at fault, I've given you the quote of what the set mats cost, I returned three times to promises that you were going to locate the missing mats, and on the third occasion the owner still refusing to acknowledge - at least on here you've acknowledged in writing you've messed up

Best business to deal with.Arrived in Parramatta with my kombi , going to the VW Nationals.After a 350 km drive it was sad.spoke to Jan at Wow,was no trouble for him to come to our hotel to get the van back to show condition,and he really did.I took the van to the Nationals and came home with 2nd place!Jan did a far better job than I could have.Couldn,t recommend them highly enough.

I went there for the first time today. The owner and staff were really friendly and passionate about their results. My car had been sitting under a tree for more than month, so it had like an oily film which was hard to remove with a regular wash. They went the extra mile to ensure that it was cleaned properly and they didn't charge any extra to do so.

Brilliant car wash service! I had to wash my car for my mechanic to work on it (Engine & beneath the car as well). Mechanic was happy with the job done. Moreover, the car looks as clean as new. Got compliments from a few of my mates. Pricing is extremely reasonable & they do a full wash in a flash! Highly recommended :)

I have been to this business and the owner is rude and arrogant. He attacks anyone who gives him a negative review, as is our right to. They do a very poor job with washing your car and i wont be coming back. . I would recommend everyone to just go elsewhere, as there are multiple car washes in this area.

I came in on Saturday to wash my ute. On arrival I was greeted by the manager. I asked him for an in and out wash. The team took each care with my Ute as was still brand new. Poor car wash. I would have paid $30 for that car wash. I paid $70 and had ketchup left on the mat and interior has food pieces all over. I wouldn't go again! They offered free coffee and nice customer service but poor wash!
