Please beware. I called this service on Thursday and booked a cab. After not showing up at the scheduled time, I called to confirm. They did not answer and kept sending me to voicemail. I didn't care because I just ended up finding other transportation. This morning I then tried again with a pick-up time of two hours after I booked the cab. I figured this time they would probably show up. They didn't. When I called they kept sending me to voicemail. So I called from another number and they answered and tried to just say their driver never showed up. I am not sure if they just think people are stupid, but whatever the case, I suggest passing up this listing.

If you don't have or want Uber/Lyft app, you gotta have alternative back up plan. You may gotten a old school flip phone without any internet. They don't have as many drivers and I wish they had more drivers. I left one star off because Iack of drivers had me stuck at Walmart on Friday night 45 minutes to a hour. I used Lyft instead. It wasn't their fault for lack of drivers. The driver was on a call already so it was a line to wait. If you have no choice but to wait. You will be eventually picked up! No shopping on Friday night is a smart suggestion

I called them to get to work, because uber n lfyt were extremely high. They charge me $35. the 1st time I rode with them, which is way more than what I would pay riding uber or lfyt, but I needed to get to work, so they were my only choice. The 2nd time I rode with them, the same situation, I was charged $30. n was asked about the 1st ride I took. The driver asked was I charged $35. or did I offer the driver an extra $5. because the ride should not have been over $30., and that the 1st driver told him, that I offered him the extra $5.00, when I didn't.

I like Syl's. They picked me up quickly and got me home responsibly. I run the newsstand on 107th and King Drive and get sick occasionally. Sometimes the CTA just won't do. I don't like that you have to pay cash upfront, though. Some people only use debit cards. On the whole, though, l recommend Syl's. They are very, very good . …

I call to get a quote on a ride and he told me they don’t give quotes over the phone you just keep the ride when you’re ready and then I said I need to know a quote before I schedule the ride and he hung up in my face bad for business

they are worse than poor...this cab company is AWFUL!!!...they arrived at my location 2 hours later and tried to threaten the other cab company that came to pick me and my children up...this place need to be CLOSED INDEFINITELY!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...Called the cab company and they were suppose to call back with a time for a cab to arrive, never called back. I called the company back and was sent to voicemail. One star is very generous!!!!

Unprofessional...the dispatcher over talked me and sent the cab to the wrong spot. He calls me and says its outside but it wasn't. Luckily I had called a uber because they don't care

Called an hour and 20 min ahead for a pick up from work and they said I had to call when I was ready. they don't do scheduled pickups. Definitely lost me as a customer.
