Worst experience ever. I never recommend anyone to visit here again. I did my keratine hair treatment a week ago, and after a hair wash, there were no changes. My hair is still very dry and fizzy, and I suppose Kerataine smoothing is meant to somehow smooth it. There must be some difference after the treatment, but unfortunately, there is no difference at all’. They provided very little or no information regarding post-hair treatment care. I contacted and visited them as per their schedule to consult, but they showed very unprofessional behaviour. They keep mentioning that it is heat activated, and I understand that, but my concern is that heat exposure can damage my hair more by altering the proteins. Whats the point of doing smoothing then?. I regret my decision to choose Synergy Hair Melbourne.

I do not recommend this hairdressing salon. Even give you a WARNING! I refuse to pay extra surcharge ( before service provided) for the keratin hair treatment with SYNERGY Hair Melbourne for my hair $50 due to my hair is a shoulder length and surcharge should not be applied. I’ve purchased on GROUPON for $129. I have a photo taken in the shop to prove it. Owner argues with me. I said OK, I’ll pay extra $50, but I put a very bad review. Straight away she said:” Get out of my shop and I call Police”. Yes, She did. I never ever had an experience like this. I waste time, been abused!

Absolutely shocking experience, For context I came for the Kerain Treatment. Ignoring the chemical side affects which come with the product that was not disclosed. The service was rushed, sloppily applied without any care for well-being and left patches of hair without any Keratin. My scalp has red marks after blow drying too close and after sending an email I've heard nothing back Is this reasonable care?

I see Kelly and Anna at Synergy Hair. They are both fabulous! I have been getting keratins done now for a year. They are really thorough at what they do. The result of the keratin is excellent! My hair feels amazing after and the ease of it makes my long and thick hair Alot more manageable! Will never go elsewhere for my keratin. Thanks xxx

The service at this salon is fantastic, no frills just excellent hair care and qualified hairdressers with great experience. I have been grateful for each treatment by Ann-Marie and Simone who tend to know hair. Love the keratin and the best 'up-do's by Simone that last the day and night! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kelly you were so patient and gentle with me and my newly grown fragile hair after chemo and I cannot express how happy I am without my chemo curls! Your keratin smoothing system is bomb! I finally feel like me again and this means so much to me. I’ll definitely be back. Thankyou so much!

Quite underwhelming…considering they’re one of the more expensive places for a blow dry in the area the result was such that I had to get my straighteners out when I got home. Wasn’t at all impressed with how my hair looked after paying $75…my hair is long and straight…no real challenge. Wouldn’t recommed.

Poor customer service. Staff are very unprofessional and rude. They are not willing to repair the damage or communicate with the customer who is not satisfied with their care. As a customer, after paying $600, we owe some explanation from them in a decent manner. Before and after a hair wash picture.

I had the Inoar Moroccan keratin treatment. I usually get a permanent straightening so this was my first keratin experience. Maria was amazing and so far so good. Just have to see how long it lasts!
