From start to finish T H Sanders in Whitton had done a fantastic job. Sue was brilliant done a great job of looking after us and my wife. She made us feel at ease, while filling out the necessary paperwork, there was no rush all taken at an easy pace. She arranged everything for us, even arranged to have jacquis ashes back at her office for me to collect. The funeral day itself went so well even if it did pour with rain, the hearse came to the house and we walked behind it to the crematorium. Mauricio the lead bearer did a fantastic job and I would like to thank him and his fellow bearers. The service was performed so well by Jeremy the Celebrant who did my wife proud. The Whitton branch co-ordinated my mum's funeral and were excellent throughout the whole process from the point my mum passed away through to her funeral. They were always professional, courteous, sensitive and very respectful at a very difficult time.
