They provided myself and my Husband with a very beautiful and delicate service for our baby who didn’t get to be born due to complications. I will never forget Amy Peters, who helped us organise everything. My self and my husband decided to only have ourselves there with no guests as it was just too painful to allow anyone to share (even our eldest didn’t attend as it was very hard for him to witness the pain it left us in) But I’m soo glad we did it on our own. It was simply as beautiful as could be… It’s been a few years now since then and baby’s ashes are safely at home with us since a few days after the service on 19/03/2021 I just realised they deserved a great review because we don’t thank funeral personnel enough. So with that. Thank you for helping us say not a goodbye but a see you later to our beloved little baby.

the untimely passing of my late husband happened very quickly and Amy Peters who I dealt with was incredible. After a quick phone call and explanation of my situation, Amy arranged and organised everything so all I had to do was go into the office to sign the paperwork. This was something that I did not envisage to be doing so young and I am thankful I had so much help from T H Sanders & Sons during this difficult time. Thank you for the amazing service!

The service was lovely and a fitting tribute to my late Mother. The Celebrant was extremely good,well spoken,clear and compassionate. The whole service was extremely well carried out from start to finish. I can thoroughly recommend this company and their staff. We found Amy to be extremely cheerful at such a sad time which made us feel relaxed and she was very helpful with explaining the process. The arrangements were well done and we were kept updated throughout. On the day everything flowed very well. We are grateful to all the staff for making it as simple and straight forward as it could be.

The service and support we received from the team at TH Sanders following the death of my father-in law could not have been better. They were very understanding, compassionate and helpful. The communication with everyone was excellent. Amy was my main contact and Nick looked after everything on the day; I recommend them highly.

T H Sanders in Richmond were efficient and professional but more than that they were kind and sensitive and nothing was too much trouble.
