Did their monthly Auto Billing....then IMMEDIATELY stopped supporting Note 4....with NO notice. Left high and dry with no phone service... spending days trying to figure out WHY I had no service on two lines!!!!!! I was an excellent customer with auto pay for two years. BEWARE.....ONE STAR IS NOT LOW ENOUGH!

I cannot emphasize the quality of service enough. The store manager Jalen helped me through a phone crisis. I didn't miss a beat with my work calls /emails. He was an absolute hero. And the rest of the staff was just as great. I could tell from the quality of service they gave to everyone around me.

Worst place ever ! You spend hours in this place to just ask a question or get any type of help. They don’t greet you when you come in the store. Employees are in the back and don’t come out to assist with all the people that’s just standing and waiting. This location needs to shut down !

Don't go to this location! They will fraudulently sign your name on documents costing you $100s. The manager is very rude as well. There are plenty of other locations you can go to.
